Very good service from beginning to end from Martyn with my order. Once I had ordered the product it came a couple of days later. Prompt delivery and delivered with no problems. Order was of high quality and very well packaged. I would definitely order again and recommend Hobbs memorabilia to my friends and family

Brilliant products, very trustworthy service from order to delivery.

I’ve brought from Hobbs memorabilia twice and both times I’ve had a terrible experience when it comes to wait times and over all customer service. I ordered a framed shirt on the website, Martyn contacted me to confirm stating the order would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks…. 10 weeks went by, with lots of chasing and eventually my item was delivered however the wrong frame was sent. (Very disappointing considering this was clear on the order form and confirmed in a text with Martyn) Martyn tried convincing me to keep it as it was as it was still nice, however I returned instantly as it wasn’t what I had ordered. I then had to wait another 12 weeks for the item to be sorted and returned with weekly messages having to chase! Lied to many times about it being dispatched when it hasn’t been. I think it was actually over 6 months in total before I received my item. LOVED the product but god awful customer service and turn around times. No compensation offered which I had to pressure for as I felt undervalued as a customer.

Ordered a second item about a year later which again I was buzzing about. From payment to receiving item was 3 months! Item arrived damaged… returned and then waited another month with excuse after excuse about how certain parts were out of stock.

Quality items but overall poor customer service. This is a company about bulk selling, you’re not valued as a customer what so ever.

Once received this beautifully framed item brought back all the memories of that day for the whole family and my youngest son was speechless and really emotional.

Sadly i firstly thought that this firm were very friendly but its a cover up in my experience , i ordered three items as presents after a great NUFC win , i chased after weeks on a weekly basis then received one not the three - all the time i chased weekly i was told oh we have a huge backlog - oh we have had technical issues with the address, , ( these were gifts for sons , so i wanted to give them together ) when eventually i received all 3 one was faulty , i contacted Martyn he said 2 options you can fix it yourself !!! (at that price , i dont think so ) or ill send a label to return , i chose the return and despite phone calls e mails and voicemails he is not now answering any communication at all , and i will have to seek redress
id say do not be fooled by the initial sob story and friendly attitude , because if there is anything wrong in my experience they just blank you and ignore you .

Been waiting 10 weeks for an item I already paid for. They have not been very informative. Very hard to contact. Was hoping to give it to my grandson for his birthday but that’s out the window now. Disappointing

I cannot recommend this seller. I sent a rare shirt for signature and was told the process — including signing, framing, and return — would take around three weeks. Instead, the shirt was declared lost three months after signed delivery had been confirmed, and the issue dragged on for nearly six months.

After months of little progress, I was eventually offered a replacement that raised serious concerns about its authenticity, leading me to question whether my original item had been retained and substituted. I also spoke to another buyer who described a nearly identical experience, which reportedly took about a year to resolve.

Reimbursement was only made after sustained pressure, including the threat of legal action. Whilst I was eventually fairly compensated for the item’s value, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and drawn out.

Update (July 2025): Since my negative review, I was contacted by Martyn and asked to retract the review. Upon my refusal, a spate of 5 star reviews have appeared in quick succession. Whilst I can’t speak to the experiences of others, the timing and volume stood out to me and may be worth noting for those considering the overall feedback profile.

Update (October 2025): Three months after my initial review, the seller contacted me again in a hostile manner, calling me “a nasty piece of work” and expressing shock at my review. This reinforces my concerns about their customer service and professionalism. Buyers should be aware that post-sale interactions may be unpleasant.

I haven’t received my order of Newcastle United caraboa cup medal and picture frame set. Which I purchased on 17/03/2025

I have emailed them many times and not received a word back from them. I got scammed because I have seen content creators with the same display in there background on a video so why can’t I have mine.

After all the hassle I have received it 5 weeks late after getting a answer off what’s app numerous days later
