Fraude and scamm

I ordered a product which is Bonsaj with led lights ,i paid for it and instead they taken the money as subscription and nobody talking about the item they should send to me.

Honestly it was just a mix up I was actually trying to get some products from SHEIN and when I did I was taken to hobbyalways and money was deducted from my account. I cancelled the membership but nothing happened. The team was quick to my messages and I liked that
