Horrible, just horrible service. I never received my order. I was told to check with the postman, check with the post master, check with all the neighbors for my missing package.
When I go to their website I see there is no inventory available!
Per their direction I had to file a claim with USPS and them maybe tjhen " If you can do that and provide us with the claim number, we can see what we can do for you."
WHan I asked them for their contact information which I needed to fill out the claim - SILENCE - I had to get Googles help which I hope is correct.
I sent them all the proof then requested and more and have not heard back.

Shipped to my house requiring a signature, while I'm at work, refused to have UPS change time or place.

Bought an ION XT Maverick on 6/3/2023. Within 20 minutes broke an axle. Went back to Hobby shop where purchased and had to buy new parts. I was told they were not covered by warranty. Asked to return and was told they don't take returns on broken items. Bought a pack of axles. Within 20 minutes they both broke. This time got a warranty claim and was sent 4 axles. Installed axles, 2 minutes later driveshaft broke. Got replacement driveshaft under warranty. Installed it, not 30 seconds of run time 1 of the differential outdrives broke. Now waiting for parts again. Not even an hours run time on vehicle and it has broken 5 times. The manufacturer also refused to refund my money, was told I could only receive warranty parts. So in 90 days when the warranty is up this is going in the garbage where it belongs.
This is by far is the worse RC product I have bought in 40 years. DO NOT BUY. You will get screwed like I did.

I'd been waiting on the Tamiya P-38J release for months, and actually forgot that I'd seen it listed on HRP and asked them to inform me of its availability. Various online hobby shops, even Tamiya themselves, didn't let me know the kit was available, but HRP did, and at a low low price. I got an email saying it was in stock, and in less than a week it was delivered perfectly to my front door. I honestly expected a struggle to finally get this kit, but instead I got impressive, swift service.

I have the team corally kronos, very fast truck, handles great, I broke a drive shaft and emailed them, they responded quickly and sent me out a new part. Very happy with my purchase, my friends bought arrmas, I'm glad I bought a team corally

This is a great company i had an issue and they resolved it for with no problem

It seems to be very unprofessional wrong tracking number and no response to emails. Shop elsewhere even if prices are higher. This site seems to be a scam or extremely unprofessional. Stay away people

Sent the wrong product and have not returned my emails.

HRP sent a invalid tracking number for my recent order. Three emails to HRP (two different email addresses) all went unanswered, despite my getting the standard response that HRP will get back to me as soon as possible. Poor customer service.

I am not a SatisfIed customer at all. I have paid for the 3 day shipping I ordered it on June 15th they said I would get it June 21st then I had an email saying June 22nd and now I'm not supposed to get it until June 26th. This is way out of the three-day range that I paid the extra shipping for which was quite substantial also I have emails 3 times with no response back and I have also called and left voicemails with no response back. This is unacceptable

I'm new to RC cars/ trucks and also a first time customer. The website is well laid out and the prices are fair. The shipping is super fast. I've made a second order since the first one but this time the bearing set P/N GMA 51503 that I need for my rock crawler is sadly out of stock and a lengthy wait time till it comes in, Oh well.

I ordered a new rc car. Emailed them and called with questions, no response. Issue with tracking and receiving item with further attempts to contact them with again no response.

I placed my order on 4-22-2016. It is now 11-26-2016 and still no parts. I feel like this is an insanely long time to have to wait. Had to go and entire race season without the parts I need. Not very good CS. No word on when, or if, I'll ever get it.

Site design needs to be improved in general. When product choices are displayed, name and model should be shown. Product details format is not as easy follow through.

Other than that no problem.

When i applied for the hookup thimgs were amazing, it was nice to have a sponsor and get a good discount so racing is more affordable, but now with the increase in price everything is cheaper at local hobbyshops or from the brands direct website:/
