It seems that they have made a restart to leave the past behind of slow deliveries. The website looks brand new and the delivery time was amazing! I ordered shoes today and I got the message it is already on its way to Germany!

Unfortunately, not such a good experience. Product was supposed to be immediately shippable. 10 days later still no shipment notice, just - after three days - a short notice (and only in Dutch) that, as far as I understand from it, the shipment takes longer. How long, no indication. Still waiting for the product.

Prices are the best !! Also their telephone helpline is very helpful.

I live in Germany and bought some indoor field hockey shoes. They turned out to be a bit narrow compared to previous years' models. My (negative) surprise was when I had to pay shipping again to return them (I had already paid shipping when I bought them). As the seller only receives them in nederland I have to pay international shipping. I should point out that there are other companies that have a mailing address in Germany for returns. I have therefore decided to give them away within the club and recommend that no one buys through this web site.

One article was not delivered, but the whole price for two article were charged. Now I have to remember that there has to be a refund.

The costs to return from Germany are too expensive. I will never order again.

Either very bad inventory control system or dummy offers - after days then the cancellation that the ordered field hockey shoes are not available and can not be delivered.

It has been 4 weeks since I ordered a hockey stick and I still haven't even recieved a shipping confirmation. After 2.5 weeks I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me when the stick would be delivered to them from England. So they are selling merchandise that they DON'T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK YET. The season has started and my daughter has had to borrow a broken old stick from a friend. I will never order here again!

I can absolutely NOT recommend this Store!
I ordered 4 face masks, that we needed urgently to replace broken ones. Estimated delivery time was 2-4 days. 5 days later I got the message That my Order is ready for shipment, incl DHL Tracking number. Then nothing happened for 2 weeks!!! No Information, no answer to my Emails. Thanks to DHL I know that my Order Never left the Store… Then suddenly came an email saying they found my Package; Why would I Return it w/o explanation? Well - it Never left your Store!!!! After That I got a New Tracking number and everything arrived here, 3 weeks later than promised. Never again!
