Scam, Payment not credited. It suggests contacting support, but you cannot do so without making a payment.
🚨Red alert.
My transaction succeeded on-chain and HodlProxy detected it within minutes, well inside their ~1-hour payment window, but still marked the payment as failed and did not credit my balance.
Worse, support is locked unless you have an active paid service, so they effectively require you to deposit more money just to ask about the missing payment.
Avoid.
