Do not buy from this site! I waited a month and a half for the product. It arrived damaged - the lamp is broken. It is not possible to return the product or receive a refund.

I recently purchased wall lamps from HOFKA, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The quality of the lamps is outstanding, and the shipping was quicker than expected. Their customer service was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful when I inquired about my order. Highly recommend this store!

After over a month since placing my order, order tracking shows that my shipment has been cancelled - no proactive communication from the company about this at all. I have contacted three times to request a refund - once via their published contact email address which it turns out doesn't work - and twice through their website's contact form. I have had no response at all and wish I had seen other customers' negative reviews before using this company. Shameful.

They literally don’t give a damn about you. Their contact email doesn’t work. It looks like a legitimate site but it’s not!!

Zero stars! Dreadful quality lights.. no response when trying to return. Wish I had checked them out beforehand. Waste of money!

I am going to report this company to Instagram where I first learned of this company.
Lights I ordered are so utterly cheaply made and are not up to CSA Standard. I have tried to contact this company. No response. Do not even be tempted to buy anything from this 'fake' company or any company that resembles it.

If there was a no star I would give it. Ordered lights from them which came damaged and very poor quality.
I sent numerous emails which were ignored - eventually told I had to return the goods to Australia to get a refund! When I sent them by tracked delivery at great expense they then stopped communicating altogether. DO NOT BUY from this company. They owe me over £230 which I have spent on top of the £50 it has cost me to return their goods.

Trying to get a response to return an item that is not accurately displayed or described on their website. Have heard nothing from them despite three attempts. This will get nasty. Their goods are not cheap and if they need to be returned the process should be seamless. M&S can do it. Why can't this company?

My light arrived but didn't work. They asked me to send them a video, three weeks later no reply

Product didn't match the pictures (chrome I stead of matte black).
After weeks of attempted communication I still have no resolution or even a personalised response.
I do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered 4 wall lights , received 2 packages, 2 weeks apart , both packages contained 2 wall lights , neither matching the colour or quality advertised, what was worse is that each package has 2 wall lights of different colours and design , so I now have 4 wall lights that are not matching and not as advertised, I contacted them , they initially responded and asked for pictures, these were sent and I haven’t heard back since , I have chased 4 times to no avail , do not be fooled by them like I was!

Placed an order over a month ago, no sign of it arriving. Last couple of times that I contacted them they haven’t bothered to reply. Horrible to deal with, looks like I’ll have to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid!

Edit: Lights eventually turned up without any notification. The lights look great but unfortunately I wouldn’t buy from them again. Customer service/communication is shocking.
