This is my first experienced of Meet and Greet Service in India. Travelling with my infant for the first time is truely stressful and tiredful. But with the help of amazing staff we had easy and comforting long lay over in Delhi. Varun has been guided me, clarified all doubts, explained every little details and answer all my questions. Im very grateful to him, and i really wanna thank him in person. And i am truely satisfied the Service i have received. Excellent Service. Thank you to all people who got involved. HOI app is a must have. And i love how easy we can access everything through the app.

Frankly speaking, the airport is a mighty experience in itself. And I'm from a family that never 'travels light'! So last time we went on a vacation, with my parents, my wife and I decided to opt for the Hoi Meet & Greet, and oh man, how it made my life easier. They literally took care of everything. As messy as I was thinking it would have been with all the luggage, my elderly parents, my wife, our cat - the whole bunch, Hoi made it feel like floating in the cloud. In no time, we were past security and chilling in the lounge. I'd recommend Hoi to anyone any day, it really makes your travel so much easier. From ordering food to shopping and all the information you need while at the airport, Hoi is a must if you're traveling by air!
