UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

Presumed the ‘UK’ part in the website address meant it was UK based…I ordered mid July. Order was over £100 - they took more than the advertised price from my account and on top of that I had a currency transfer charge. The shoes did not arrive and after a couple of weeks I contacted the company and it became apparent that I’d made an error of judgment. ‘Customer services’ cited delays - in the following order over the next 9 weeks - at warehouse due to Covid, a hold up at ‘Export Inspection Department’, the parcel being lost and not insured. I was offered (eventually) 40.5% of my money back (no doubt there would have been currency discrepancies and charges again). I asked for a list of ANY Hoka shoes that they had in my size and was informed that they ‘had suspended the sale of products and closed the warehouse’. When I pointed out that the website was still ‘live’ and selling products I was told this was a technical issue they were working on! Initially the Customer Services would respond to my emails (usually with an excuse) but since asking for a manager to contact me (I’ve done this twice) there’s been nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
