DENIED 9k OF MY PROFITS
I Followed all thier rules before i traded thier accounts i asked thier discord staff questions to make sure i dont mess up constantly i broke ZERO rules last week they took 3k from my account saying i traded risky i took it on the chin and said okay i will reduce and go with a safer approach i risked no more than 1% today my account sat on 6k 1 day from a payout they deducted $6000 NO explanation all trades a within rule set stay away i will be making tons of videos on them if they dont do right by me

Over a Month of Technical Issues and No Resolution
My experience with Hola Prime has been extremely frustrating.
On May 26, 2026, I purchased a Direct Futures account (ID: 4179) connected to the Tradovate platform. Although I have extensive experience with proprietary trading firms, this was my first experience with Hola Prime.
From the very beginning, I encountered operational issues. First, my account was limited to only 3 contracts per session without any reasonable explanation, and I could not find any rule that justified such a restriction. Later, a much more serious issue appeared: my orders on Tradovate started being opened and closed instantly, making it impossible to trade normally.
The live chat support responds quickly, but the agents simply state that the issue will be forwarded to the responsible team and that a response will be provided via email. The problem is that these email responses are extremely slow, often taking about a week. Furthermore, each time the company responded, they presented a different explanation for the issue and claimed that it had been fixed. However, none of these supposed fixes actually resolved the problem.
Throughout this process, I provided everything they requested: documents, account screenshots, Tradovate platform screenshots, and even PDF performance reports. Despite all of this, the issue remains unresolved.
In addition to the operational problems, I have also been financially impacted. Since my orders are being opened and closed instantly, brokerage fees are being charged unnecessarily, reducing my available margin. On top of that, I have spent a significant amount of time dealing with endless support tickets, reports, and follow-ups.
What surprises me the most is that, despite a persistent issue with a specific account, the company seems more interested in endlessly troubleshooting a problem they cannot solve rather than simply providing an equivalent functioning account. Considering that Hola Prime itself claims to process thousands of dollars in payouts every day, this would seem like a simple and reasonable solution.
After waiting more than a month for a definitive resolution, I lost confidence in the process and requested a refund. However, I continue to receive the same response: that the responsible team will investigate and get back to me by email. Unfortunately, this is the exact same promise I have been hearing for over a month without any concrete solution.
I expected to find a professional and efficient company. So far, my experience has been characterized by persistent technical issues, excessive delays in support, and a complete lack of an effective resolution.

Following a detailed review of the account and platform activity logs, we would like to clarify that there is no indication of any order rejections, platform malfunction, or system-related issue causing trades to be opened or closed unexpectedly.
Based on the analysis, the trades in question were executed with active ATM (Advanced Trade Management) or protection settings enabled at the time of order placement. These settings automatically attach stop-loss and take-profit orders based on predefined parameters. In your case, the configured levels were placed very close to the entry price, which resulted in positions being closed almost immediately when the market moved slightly in fast-moving conditions.
This behaviour is consistent with how ATM settings function on the Tradovate platform, rather than any system error or manual intervention. When ATM/protection settings remain enabled, even unintentionally or without a saved template, the platform will continue to apply these automated exit rules to each trade.
To avoid similar occurrences in the future, please ensure that ATM settings are turned off or adjusted appropriately before placing new orders if you do not intend to use automatic stop-loss or take-profit levels.
We understand this may have caused confusion, and we appreciate the time and effort you have taken in sharing supporting documents and screenshots. However, based on the review findings, the issue is related to order configuration rather than a technical fault, and the assessment remains unchanged.
