Was not so good at first as the people…
Was not so good at first as the people on site had no idea what test their colleague made the appointment for, and it took some time to clarify, but in the end we found a solution and they did more or less what they originally promised and for the originally agreed price. The people on site were mostly pretty nice, it was just a matter of having some patience and getting them to communicate with each other.
