I was recommended to Holden Smith Law for selling a flat. I am happy to have used them. They replied promptly to my emails and phone calls. There was a big rush at the end, as the buyers wanted to complete before Christmas. Zain Khan made every effort to facilitate this, and it was achieved.

The girls Chloe, Leah and Donna were great made the whole experience easy always returned calls and emails , sale went through quickly thank you to you all very efficient and professional , I would use them again , Frances Pearce .

We felt extremely comfortable knowing Hannah was looking after our interests. There were some challenges along the way but Hannah was always there to explain, simplify and provide a solution. We would use Hannah again in an instant, she is very customer focused, provides empathy when needed, is easy to identify with and is a thoroughly professional individual.
