HOLD Storage was a really smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organised, which gave me confidence leaving my belongings there. I especially liked how easy the access system was—being able to get in and out without hassle made a big difference.
The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and helping me choose the right unit size. The 24/7 security and CCTV also made me feel my items were safe at all times. Overall, I’d definitely recommend HOLD to anyone needing reliable storage in London.

Staff were extremely helpful every step of the way, and always willing to go the extra step whenever I needed some assistance.

Terence was super helpful and reassuring during the rental process. He was thorough in explaining billing to accessing my storage locker. After speaking with several other companies, I am confident I made the right choice. I will update my review when I check out!

The experience was perfect, no complaints, super easy check in, I had to do it during odd hours post 8pm and they made the arrangements, the team of James, Daniel, Armeet, Terrence and the rest were awesome!

Hold Storage Kings Cross have been absolutely brilliant. Every single interaction with their team has been consistently outstanding — they go above and beyond every time. After being given the runaround (and even some underhanded sales tactics) at other facilities, Hold Storage was a breath of fresh air: transparent, honest, and genuinely friendly.

Customer service in London can be hard to come by these days, but the culture this team has built is remarkable. I truly commend them for it and highly recommend using Hold Storage — you won’t regret it.
