Personal service

Personal service, beautiful jewellery using hand footprints as perfect memorial or celebration. Huh enabled us to add to the piece several years later.

Stunning craftsmanship

This dog tag is stunning. My sons father absolutely loves it and never takes it off. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were fantastic with me and helped me with my requests. They also managed to get my order out quickly once made. Fantastic price and quality. Absolutely loves this store and their products.

I ordered finger print jewellery and…

I ordered finger print jewellery and from beginning of order to receiving my order they were extremely professional and communicative. I needed the order before their time line but they worked with me and provided my order in time.
I have come across number of company who make this kind of jewellery but I would only recommend Hold upon Heart.
I will certainly use them again.

Disheartening, disappointing and deceitful.

I have to put 1 star as there is no option for 0! I have come to write my review here as I do not believe “shop admin” will post my review on their page. I found the service disheartening , disappointing and deceiving ! Took order of two rings and money , no communication , when chased on date given for dispatch - was informed there was a delay - up to two weeks, no courtesy of letting me know. ( disheartening ) I just had a woe me, small business, busy goldsmith story. But when I pushed for information at what stage my order was and maybe to cancel my order - my rings were dispatched the very next day. ( deceitful ) why tell me it was two weeks behind then dispatch the next day? Both rings arrived slightly big, I have reached back out to them to ask for advice, no response. Also - the pictures shown of the “opal” does not match with the reality - it’s just very dull, with hardly any sparkle what so ever. You have to look really closely to even realise there is a window with ashes in ! ( disappointing ) When people are ordering this jewellery, it’s obviously for a heartbreaking reason! This should of been a nice experience of receiving the item to cherish after losing a loved one, not feel that it’s been marred. They state that they take so much love and care in making - maybe they should think about taking some love and care with their customer service and communication ! I have looked at other reviews and comments on the Facebook page, to find I’m not the only one who had no communication etc - i just wish I’d read into it all before spending so much money. I can not wear the rings as they don’t fit. Regardless of any response I may get now, this was my experience and I have written an honest personal opinion of it and the product and customer service I received - or not.

We are sorry to learn you feel this way. It is not how we wish our customers to feel, nor is it in line with our typical customer experience, as our other reviews will show.

Firstly, we are able to assist with resizing your rings. As a small family business, we aim to respond to e-mails within 2 working days. Your email received late Friday morning was picked up on Monday morning in line with this. If you wish us to resize the rings then please respond to our email to arrange their return.

To answer the other points raised, our lead times are estimates only, something which is repeated on our website and in our communications. Our business model, with all items made to order, does not allow for a more concrete lead time, as it is impossible to gauge workflow from one week to the next. When you asked for an update on your order on its estimated dispatch date (22/9/25) we responded that your order was in the process of being made, but we were currently working 1-2 weeks over estimate. As you then made us aware you’d prefer to receive the rings sooner, your order was prioritised for finishing and dispatched on the 23/9/25, one day over estimate. I am not sure why this is seen as being deceitful, it certainly was not our intention, our intention was simply to help.

On the ring sizes, both rings were made to the sizes ordered. As they are slightly bigger than you require, I suspect that the sizer used by your local jeweller may have used a wider ring band. Narrower rings do size up smaller than wider rings. However, it is not uncommon for rings to need adjusting, and as already mentioned, we are able to resize these for you.

Finally, we are sorry you are disappointed with the appearance of the ashes and opal window. However the rings chosen are only 4mm wide, as per the listing, with a recess for the ashes clearly smaller than this. We appreciate this is a subtle ashes design, but we do offer bolder designs with larger recesses for ashes on our website. To add to this, requesting ashes be placed above the colour layer, means that only a small amount of the background will be visible. If ashes were placed beneath the colour layer, then the sparkly opal will be much more visible. Both options are offered to customers to select their preference.

Should you choose to return the rings to be resized, then we can also change the position of the ashes at the same time should you wish. However, given your overall dissatisfaction with what we offer, you can also choose to return both rings for a refund, should you prefer.

Fingerprint ring and keyring

I've ordered both a fingerprint ring and fingerprint keyring this year. I was blown away with how special they both are, and how much care these people put into this. With the ring it was a 4 week waiting time, on the 3rd week I asked for an update as I was hoping to have it for the funeral. They made sure it arrived the day prior. For the keyring (most recent order) there was a character limit on the note you can write on the back. I met this limit but asked if they would fit in a bit extra and they did. it arrive within 2 weeks. This company has their customers and service at the forefront of their mind and I will not hesitate to make future orders. I will recommend this company to anyone who is after anything like this.

Good product,terrible service

First of all I must say that the item was as described and well made. I am very pleased with it.
Other than that I was very disappointed in the company as far as their service is concerned. I ordered my item at the beginning of June with an estimate of 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. This was longer than other companies that I had also got ashes jewellery from but I accepted it as they had the design I wanted.
Long story short, I waited almost 12 weeks after I ordered and paid for the item.
I had several communications with them and all I really heard was that they were having family problems that had impacted on delivery times.
As much as I can sympathise with them this is no way to run a business. They are willing to take orders and payment but their running of the business is just not good enough.
I will use the previous suppliers that I have used in future if I want this sort of product.
