My experience: I booked a ticket through Wego that was offered by HolidayBreakz. The amount was deducted from my card’s available credit but no transaction appeared, and the booking status remains unclear. They also asked for extra payment for bag and said the ticket cannot be canceled. I recommend verifying the seller’s credibility and payment terms before purchasing

My booking was “In Progress” and I never got my ticket. Calling support, I was put on hold multiple times and hung up on three times. The agent then said my return flight was full and I had to pay extra, despite having paid $30 for change protection — which they said didn’t apply. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Do not book with HolidayBreakz.

My experience is great with them , Robert and that one lady speak very gently and help me to solve my problem . Thanks very much.

I had a terrible experience with Holiday Breakz. I booked five flight tickets with them, and the full payment was taken from my account right away. However, my booking still showed as “in process.” About an hour later, I received a call from one of their agents claiming that the ticket prices had changed and that I needed to pay an additional $2,000. When I refused and said I would stop the payment, the agent became aggressive and even threatened me, saying I couldn’t cancel because they had already taken my money.

This experience felt like a scam. The company was dishonest, unprofessional, and intimidating to deal with. I strongly advise others not to book with Holiday Breakz — they take your money first, then demand more afterward. Be very careful and avoid this company at all costs.

This place posts flights and then after you purchase they call you and tell you that flight is only available for standby and you are stuck spending more money just to get a ticket! Will never use this site again!!!

Totally faked and fraud
Scam or bait-and-switch: shady travel sites show low fares to lure you in, then claim “the price increased” and ask for more money after you already submitted payment.

These are scammers!!! Run! Your hard earned money is in jeopardy. They bait you with lower prices and faster traveling routines, then you pay and the story starts to change. First you are told you have to make changes to your traveling schedule or pay higher prices than originally
advertised if you insist on keeping to your travel plans. They will decline any requests for cancelation or refund despite the fact that your money is still with them and have not been transfer to the airlines. The mouse and cat game has just begun. Very frustrating and stressful. Run from these SCAMMERS if you value your hard earned money...

Complete bait and switch. DO NOT book through this site!!! They will show one price online, and then call you an hour later saying that it's not available, and you either have to pay more to get the same flight, or they'll try to change around your itinerary. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

This airline is a total scam, they offer you a date that works for you and after you purchase the flight someone calls you to say that it's not available, asking for more money to book your flight at a later date and when you want to cancell they simply say it's not possible (even before 24 hours have passed)

While not a total scam, definitely a bait and switch type of operation. Buyer beware! We made a booking and got a confirmation email that said it was under review, (no biggie). The next day we received multiple texts and emails telling us there was a problem and to contact them immediately. The texts and emails looked canned and stressed urgency. Even when I emailed back I got back a generic response to contact them by phone. When I finally got to the person handling the booking, (you get shuffled a bit), I was told that my outbound flight was not available. Ok it can happen when booking online, so I tried to find an alternative option. The options that I was given was either really long connections that would have added 20hrs to my travel or pay almost 3x the cost of the whole booking. After some back and forth and a heated exchange, I hung up and called my bank and cancelled my card as there were no charges yet and they said that they were still going to charge me for the return flights. This all took place in less than 24hrs. They try to claim that their tos outstrips contract law.

This company is a scam no return flight available and am force to pay more for a one way ticket then find a return flight. When i ask to just cancel they won't refund my money saying I have to upgrade or i will lose it. It's not even 24hr. Please stay away from this site.
