This company is not selling any flight tickets or holiday package. please don't buy from here. I bought a qatar airways tickets, after I paid money they told me i have to wait for the tickets 48 hours to get airlines confirmation with tickets, If don't get that until 48 hours I will get my money back. I din't received, then I called them again, call forwared to call center india, customer service women was so rude, she start to told me off because I paid £800 for that tickets which is 100 pounds less than it shoud be. And she threatened me that she is not going to refund that money. Then i called my bank to blocked that payment.
After 7 days strugle they send apology email and refund my money. I spent more than 10 hours on the phone and email to get refund.

Be Aware they are scammers
This company is 100% scammers never trust them. They will put you in traps and get your money stolen.

reading these reviews I’ve been scammed is there any help and advice you can give I sent them an email last night asking for the tickets or all my money back still waiting for a reply but it’s not the 48 hours yet that they said I had to wait for the tickets. I can see they’re probably never gonna come should I stay optimistic? I’ve already drafted a letter to rip-off Britain I’ll be contacting the police and action fraud today if I have no response and . The Atol number is a not a legitimate one so again I will be contacting them later today ,even though on the phone call which I recorded she says they are atol protected. I’ve done a search on companies house and found the director the company was only set up in august 24. I have called KLM no booking has been requested Yesterday afternoon I got a call from them their agent had called the wrong person but he went into the choreographed speech saying the flights had gone up until i stopped him and explained he was calling the wrong person .

They don't deserve 1 star where is zero? This company is just a scam. Advertising flights and prices out of thin air. Yes we all fall for it, what we think is a bargain, in this case, I the same as 99% of these reviews paid for flights and were told we would receive tickets within 48 hours. When I rang up to say where are my tickets it is the same story flight price has gone up. Not a small amount but hundreds!. Then some cock and bull story of no refunds, I haven't got anything they haven't paid or booked for anything with an airline so they should not take payment. Then say you will only get a refund if flight not available 7 days before date of take off. Try to offer flights from different airports, different dates and every time more money. Almost blackmail, as they leave you in limbo, you can't book anything else like accommodation or car hire as you have no flights. Having to claim fraud money back from credit card and of course wait for ages. Avoid like the plague!

This company is as everyone says below. Scamming, rude and will not reply to an email. All calls are late in the afternoon.
Was sold 8 tickets, they phoned 24 hours after and only 4 tickets could be honoured the other 4 were priced at 13 x the price for each each £3900 each. Could not refund but I would be put on waiting list.

Disgusting company Do NOT book with them they are horrible liars and will try and scam you. Do not book with Jet Save all one big con, your credit card won't protect you they have to wait till you prove they are the liars they are . Nasty unprofessional call handling too, put it this way they don't like being called out. I got my refund by threatening to report to ATOL and fraud department as soon as they started the bait n switch do not believe good reviews they are the companies scam to con you. My advice pay the going rate and only deal with reputable providers directly

I feel like I just got scammed as well.

Unfortunately, I can never foresee this since I got linked to holidaycart through Jetcost website. In my experience, I never have issue purchasing tickets from third-party websites link to Jetcost so I got careless.

They (holidaycart) have done to me the same things they did to many people in the reviews here.

First asked me through email to wait 48 hours, then when I called them they asked me to pay extra just to get a different ticket on another date via another airport.

I guess what they do is legal and it would be hard for anyone to hold them responsible, but they sure use scamming techniques in their business.

I actually sensed I may got scammed right after the purchase so I searched the review online and even asked ChatGPT about the company. ChatGPT has confirmed this company is very likely a scam. Unfortunately I have realized to check too late.

I declined all their offers afterward and I will see how I can get my money back. Any suggestion?

I hope more people arrive here to see the review before ever press the buttons.

Now that I think about it I may not use JetCost anymore also.

By the way, definitely stay away holidaycart at all cost.

This is a scamming company. I booked and paid for online a flight to LAX from Dublin and it was £389.25. The call me 3 days later looking for another £330 for the same flight as they said it was unavailable.

I would literally give no stars to this company. DO NOT USE THEM. They are scammers. When you book you will get a confirmation saying e tickets will be with you after 48 hours. Then they say it costs extra for baggage and the tickets are no longer available and it costs thousands more to get the tickets and you can’t get a refund.

Everything is just as everyone before me has said. They have no ticket for you ! They will just take your money and then tell you there are no refunds and try and upsell you a more expensive ticket that you could buy elsewhere.

I called them so many time and was promised so many call backs... never once did they call me! I had to do a chargeback through Amex so be warned !!

I booked and paid for a plane ticket and it said they would send me an eticket within 2 days. That did not happen instead they called me and when I tried to call them back their phone system was all over the place. Eventually I got through whilst also looking up and telling them I was reading their reviews. They fobbed me off about who could speak to me then told me they would call me back. I disputed my payment with my card service I doubt they will call me back.

I can confirm this business is using scamming tactics. After booking your ticket they will send you an email saying your tickets will arrive in 24hrs. Within that time they will call saying the offer has expired and will offer alternative dates with huge additional charges!! They will also say they do not give refunds.

This is a scam - DO NOT USE / DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS through this website- I have raised fraud cases on multiple platforms CAA, ATAA, Action Fraud Police.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOLIDAYCART! I tried buying plane tickets from them and fell into the trap because they were cheaper. The scam these people are running is that, after a few days you purchased the tickets, so that the payment is approved by your credit card provider, they contact you saying your tickets are no longer available. In my case, they tried convincing me it was because I wasn’t allowed to bring luggage on my flight.
They then give you other flight options and make you pay more money (in the thousands more), when their entire story is a lie. Then, they give you a way out, which is to pay a considerable cancellation penalty. Therefore, in the end, they put you in a corner so that you have to pay up.
Also, whoever we spoke to had an Indian accent.
IMPORTANT: if you’ve fallen in this scam, inform your region’s anti fraud services and do not accept to pay any money to these scammers.

I recently had a troubling experience with a website that appeared when I searched for the Princess Cruise contact number. When I called the number provided, a woman with an Indian accent answered. She asked for my booking number, name, and date of birth. After I provided the information, she claimed it didn’t show up in their system and requested more details.

Feeling uneasy, I ended the call, but the same woman called me back from a different number. There was no option to call back directly through their supposed customer service line. Shortly after this interaction, I began receiving a large volume of scam calls.

It seems this website is a scam designed to collect personal information and possibly engage in further fraudulent activities. I strongly advise against using this site and urge you to verify contact details through official channels to avoid similar issues.

Holiday cart offered us a price for a flight that was better than other places. We booked it and the next day, they gave us a call saying that the prices online are not available anymore and that we had 2 choices. 1st one being to get put on a waitlist for 30 days and after the month if the flight was still not available, they would release the hold on our card. The second choice would be to pay 200$ more per tickets to get the same flight. We refused the options and asked for an immediate release of the money. They refused so I said I would give our bank a call to ask for a chargeback and the guy said « you have a right to do so » A real scam!

I confirm everything that people have written below. My purchase was on June 6, two tickets to New York at a fairly good price. After a few hours, they called me and suggested a completely different flight, but much more expensive. I said that I can't take the flight they are suggesting for me because I have to be in New York earlier. I asked them to cancel the reservation, and to send it to my email, but they never send anything to my email. I called every day and they said it was cancelled, but it's strange to me that they don't send me any confirmation about the cancellation. and today when I called again, the woman tells me that nothing can be canceled and that if I cancel I have to pay a fine of $250. I said to cancel it as soon as possible. I think they are scammers who make a living by charging fines for "cancellations". It seems to me that it is a married couple of fraudsters, because the same man and the same woman always call.
