Never never ever book with Holiday Dew or Travelopedia whatever they call themselves.

Im still waiting for my refund from last year 2021. They broke their contact with me by not informing me of the status of my holiday last year, that we couldn't fly to our destination because of covid and flying restrictions made by the FO. We have lost a lot of money with Holiday Dew and they just wont answer emails, letters,
or the phone. Im wondering if they are even in this country!! They are the worse travel agent ever! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!
If I could give them a minus star rating I would one star is too good for them.
Im going to have to go through the small claims court now. Its been daylight robbery, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

Absolutely shocking! Paid for a all inclusive and arrived at destination to a bed and breakfast.
Contacted via internet on day 1 ,01/04/22, again via telephone on 10th/ 11th/ and 27th ,and again 17th May ,on each occasion fobbed off with B/S as well as being told it’s the first they’ve heard of it yet I’ve acknowledgements from them through emails sent .
Called again 19th after zero response still and now told issues are resolved in 28 days and will be in contact . What day do these 28 days start then I asked , from 27th April in yet you were informed 1st April!
They totally ignore contact and responding to you , wouldn’t trust them to look after a boiled egg let alone your holiday arrangement or money. They pick a name out of the hat when picking up the phone anything from ,Ray, Dave , Steve, sarah,Darren , these just a few I’ve spoken with. Sounds like they’re working out or a family home not an office according to the sounds of screaming kids and a washing machine on two occasions. Still fighting to resolve the issue ,their 28 days are up on 25th of May 2022 so we’ll see.
They simply ignore your emails , I’ve a file 2” thick with copies of emails ,transcripts from telephone conversations,times ,dates and who we spoke with .
You also don’t quite know which company your dealing with either!
Could be any of these 3 I’ve dealt with so far ,
Holidaydew, holidayglobe , or Travelpedia !
They are the most arrogant/ rude/ ignorant company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with and wouldn’t recommend them at all. Be warned ,they are shocking.
I will however keep on at them to resolve this matter to the bitter end ,on principle alone I will keep on and on until settled .
If this sight would allow a zero rating I’d give it !
Amazingly after putting this up Holidayglobe have emailed me .
Now they say the supplier will require receipts for our expenses I.e.meals ,cups of tea/coffee etc.
How ridiculous! This is dead simple , I Paid for All Inclusive and got Bed & Breakfast,pay the damn difference. What a cheek ! Be careful using this lot , you will get screwed as I have.
Come on Holiday Globe / Holiday Dew-or is it Travelpedia , PAY UP .
Well, an update as of 27/05/22
Citizens advice contacted and rights confirmed I.e. chapter and verse on where I stand so letter sent.
Guess what; no response as expected so sent my file over to Rip Off Britain at the BBC .
IT REALLY DIDNT HAVE TO GO THIS FAR HOLIDAYDEW/ HOLIDAYGLOBE OR TRAVELPEDIA.
YOU Can fix this easily by making a call to me .

I've been asked to review who my review is for as Holidayglobe don't think it's for them but Holidaydew.
I have said ok and revised and named Holidaydew as my first issue company.
But I want thiss now to be publicly clear , I initially booked with Holidaydew but then I had paperwork with the replacement joliday with Holidayglobe and then whilst complaining, I got emails from Travelpedia! So you tell me who should I name ?
It appears they are one in the same company ,I have the evidence on file so should Trustpilot want to verify what I'm saying ,they can contact me directly.
My stand to which ever company is ultimately responsible is still fast , they just hiding behind each other because they can .
Good luck booking with this shower of a group of companies ,they take your money and run for the hills ( In my experience) because if you get a problem your screwed!
I'm only putting down my experience and it's all documented too !
The courts will decide !

I booked a holiday with this crap and diabolical of a company over 2 years ago before the pandemic. I was informed that I would receive a refund or vouchers as the holiday was cancelled due to the pandemic and 2 years on NOTHING. This company is a scam like the call centre's people receive calls from to take contract phones out. EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID, ALL THEY WANT IS MORE MONEY. David the advisor is another waste of space he can go f…k off. One day he’s called David another day he’s called Darren or Peter always the same person, better impersonator than David Blain might as well be called Mr Anonymous, all agents use fake names. Never ever have I received utter crap service, another company I booked a holiday with at the same time refunded all my money, but Holiday Dew don’t want to refund peoples hard earned money. Company should close down!

All the 1 star are completely correct. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional and Charlie (doubts his actual name) is compulsive liars. If i could id give it no starts at all! They changed the whole booking last minute. Different hotel in Egypt, different flight and date. And try to offer us a hotel that has 2 star reviews for the same price. Avoid at all cost guys and save yourself the stress.

Don't touch with a bargepole

I booked a winter 2021 holiday with these people in good faith understanding they were ATOL registered and i would get a full refund if I was unable to travel due to CVD19 restrictions. I now try and get hold of them and there is no way to reach them, called no answer just music and countless emails. I am not sure they are even a legitimate agent i cant find them on ATOL register and I am now not even sure they have booked the accomodation. Please dont use!

BAD BAD BAD Charlatans

January 2020 I booked a cruise with holiday Dew for the following September but as we know Covid overtook the world and no Cruises were going ahead. We trasfered the money which was over £4000 for a resort holiday this year in May. The date we were due to go was 13th May! We all know, it wasn't legal to fly out of the country then. I've emailed, telephoned many, many times to ask for a refund. Like many others, they still have over £4000 of our money and we haven't had anything for it. It's daylight robbery.
Please don't book. Charlatans!!!

Dont go near these plebs ,o my god, what horrible people , because of COVID we couldn’t get to our holiday last year so we had another holiday this year instead,they said it was a few miles up the road , it is a 4 hour travel away,,the past 2 weeks it was cancelled by them .asked for the money to be returned £3,000 plus , talked to one person his name is Dave smith with a thick Pakistani accent the next one was , Tom ,his last name was Tom as well , so his full name is Tom Tom lol, he then changed his name to Tom Colman.?? We talked to a Steve, Ben,Marius the great,that what he said , all in an Asian accent,they put us to costumer service about four times and had to wait for about 30 min then still no answer ,we had to write an email to costumer service and wait until 48 hour for a reply,no reply as yet ,56hrs tried to phone 4 times ,got cut off , I then used my phone I got through straight away and then said costumer service was closed ,even tho they told us they are open till 11pm,nothing but lie after lie , I phoned later under another phone number to book a holiday to see what would happen,they were very nice , I cancelled the holiday,,,they will only talk to you to take money off you ,,, you try and get a refund that you are entitled too, ? They don’t want to know .I’ve had my wife crying and her daughters over this , these people don’t give a Pooh ,you shouldn’t have to go through hell to get what is basically your property if they don’t deliver,you should get your money back no quibble,,,,,,,,,,, Ps I wouldn’t give them the one star either , horrible people

DONT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!…

I have travelled this company from March 2020 NO GOODDont do it, the cheapest becomes the dearest.
Am still awaiting my refund, they are a bunch of CROOKS.
It may seem fine at the time of booking your holiday, they're quick to take your money and quick to tell you what they can do for you. But I assure you they do nothing, If you got into difficulty on holiday you would be in problems, once they get your money there job is over.

Also advice who ever they say your holiday is with, before payment contact them directly because you may find they have double charged you for your holiday, they have charged me £1326 to go to Egypt. On speaking to Red Sea Red they told me my holiday was only £500 and also send me the invoice to see that it was that amount, now I'm here fighting a year later to get my £1326 back which they want to offer me £326 in cash and the thousand-pound on a vouchers, which I do not want to travel with them again so I'm refusing the voucher and taking them to Court.

Also when you were speaking to them on the phone be very careful, they are all in the same room at the either family house or brothers and sisters wotking together, they just give you the runaround literally the runaround.
Dont make the mistake I did.

Absolutely horrendous company, wanted to give me £200 back out of a £1000.Kept telling me that the airline and hotel would not refund our money, which was a total lie.All the agents you speak too are either Indian/Pakistani origin with names like Darren and Mary and Julie, probably not there real names either.They have got to be the worst travel agents if ever dealt with.I really urge people to stay away from this company.
