Ordered gluten free oats online to save having to visit the shop. I made payment then the site simply faded out leaving me with absolutely no trace of having made the order.
I have now contacted customer service three times with no resolution. The reply is to the effect that the matter is "under investigation ". This has been on-going for over a week. Absolutely appalling. Next stop seems to be trading standards.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
AWFUL customer service provided by this company, customer representatives are useless and careless with customers. I placed an order and it arrives incomplete with box badly taped over and unsealed. The service provided by them is being unsatisfactory at this time but the worst is how they fool the customers by the online chat, NO solutions provided but keep me waiting until they want with NO solution whatsoever, the meanwhile solution is:please fill up this form, treating customers like fools.. I find this DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE with customers. DON'T order from this company as they are careless and if something happens with your order they will find the way to fool you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I urge you to ISSUE a REFUND right away to my order 3169005997 for the missing items.

Holland and Barrett will kill your skin! Almost all of their products use alcohol denat.

I ordered a manuka honey in Jan 2021.
However, after waiting for a long time, It never arrived.
In the meantime, I emailed them three times.
But the answer was always same "your order is currently in our warehouse".
But now, I checked website and it shows "delivered"!
What????
I have not received yet.
I can not believe it.
I will never order from them.

Absolutely horrendous service. Ordered two products, one week later still no updates or news on delivery. I emailed them, they apologized and said my order must have slipped past them.. another week later and I get half of what I ordered. I rang them and they said yeah there's a shortage.. it's on promotion FFS, every store has shelves stocked with the products. Absolute joke of a service. They didn't even bother to tell me they were only sending one item. Completely amateur service. Won't be shopping with them again

Everyone appriciates this honey.
BUTthe fact is the honey is hard like rock. Not good quality HONEY. This is pure sugar or something else is mixed in with honey. Actually there ready made honey like product is made in china to adeltrate Honey.
Something is not right. Authorities must check all honey sold in Europe. Lots of Honey sold is fake honey.
I have a bottle still kept. Half bottle honey can not be taken out of bottle because it has become hard like Stone.

The product information is spot on. Easy to find suitable items. Not always the cheapest but checking on ingredients I find they often have either higher amounts or added ingredients which make the products more effective. I do find the rewards difficult to understand and usually miss out on the discount. Loving the discount codes I have had recently and a real incentive to try new products. All in all I use Holland and Barrett because I trust the products and receive good customer care.

H&B sent me an invoice via email confirming an order which I had not placed. When I tried to call them, I was left waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. I am not sure how it is that H&B can simply create an order and send me an invoice for something I did not order in this manner. I will be cancelling my on-line account with H&B, as they are clearly incompetent.

I have been waiting for over a month for my order to dispatch but it is still in their warehouse. I've contacted customer services twice and all they will tell me is that it is still in the warehouse. I know that, the tracking information tells me so, I want to know why it is still in the warehouse and when they will send it. Terrible service, this is the second time that I have had problems, the first time they only sent half of my order and it took forever to get the rest of it. I've only ordered from them 3 times, so it's not looking good...

Dishonest company. When I was ordering it said next day collection on click and collect option (given certain time frame to finish order which I did) . But that collection email didn't come next days passed nothing ... disappointed

I order regularly I was always satisfied. Once my package was destroyed and they did not inform me, however after asking they resolved the situation. Luckily I didn't need the products immediately. Other than that I order regularly and they deliver as promised.

Ordered a few things that I needed urgently as I am pretty sick. Their standard delivery time is 4-5 working days. I placed the order on a Monday and today is Friday. Looking at the order status, it says the items STILL HAVEN'T LEFT THEIR DISTRIBUTION CENTER. It is literally the 5th working day. I wonder if I will survive to see my package being delivered. Never ordering from here again. Maybe worth buying stuff from the store PHYSICALLY but online order and delivery is complete rubbish.

I was on a quick visit to Amsterdam, and shopping from this shop was the best part of it. The staff is so friendly, they had great deals and discounts on most of the products, and as a Non-Dutch speaker, it was easy for me to communicate with the staff, as most of them speak English fluently.

Very bad experience.
Ordered an Aloe Vera gel. As our family using it very often I thought it would be good idea to subscribe for 4 weekly delivery. They're telling you you're saving money having subscribed but the product cost exactly the same.
I just discovered there is no way to cancel subscription.
No option in my account to cancel subscription , they're giving you a number to ring where nobody answering the call.

Someone that I don't know did use my email address for an account with this identity thieves. Probably by accident.

Holland and barrett didn't check the email address they got, but they started to spam me with their promotional nonsense.

I did tell them to remove my data from their system for four times. Finally I did get a reaction that they didn't want to do that.

Already since May 2018 it's an European law that they should check email addresses before they put them in their databases. And the same law says that they should remove my data, when I demand that.

They're NOT TO TRUST WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA! Take care for these arrogant personal data thieves.

Got everything I ordered on Friday delivered on Saturday. Website has great discounts for amazing products to live healthy. Highly recommend!
