Most Intimidating Experience…

Most Intimidating Experience Imaginable.
I suffered an attempt on my life and so did many others . I was abused by a neighbour discusting life threatening attempt to burn us down! Vandalised my balcony then tried to set the building on fire and watch us burn .
This company were constantly calling me sending dodgey assessors accessing my property without consent . Treated like the Housing Property I rent . Low class citizen with no entitlements or cover . There stand over tactics are unacceptable. No support no advice help or care . Intimidation rejection decline . Worst experience ever , still suffering property damage a year on no support nothing closed the file ? We’ll get ready to open the file Hollards your treatment was poor support poor attitude poor insurance company that should be paying for a building of tenants and the trauma experienced from a insurance company we pay to protect us and our property . The building manager poor management also. Wondering now if it’s safe returning here as I was informed to vacate for 7 weeks then a couple days later no need to vacate ?
Serious concern for our safety and structural damage caused by fire flooding . Purchasing my insurance through the CBA Bank ? Informed them of the treatment and trauma from these bogans .

Hollard's unprofessionalism at its best

Hollard's unprofessionalism at its best
Very much unhappy. I have only noticed that my policy matured when the representatives came to market their company again, I filled in the relevant documentation for claim or surrender, after about two weeks without any communication from the company I called to enquire and I was told to submit some documents which I submitted all and they acknowledged receiving them, till today I have not received any kind of feedback from them. This is just a simple savings policy I took with Hollard for a period of 5yrs which started in 2019 and now we are in 2025 December it will soon be 2026 meaning straight 7yrs or 2 extra years and these people are just quite. Very much dissappointing.

Complaint to ASIC (Australian…

Make a complaint to ASIC (Australian Securities & Investment Corporation) about the systematic failures in the processes of CommInsure and Hollard Insurance. They do not pursue individual cases but they will investigate systematic abuse.
Many reviews indicate a pattern of unnecessary delays and spurious claim denials from Hollard. Complaints are never resolved & contacting the company is time consuming & frustrating. It all adds undue stress on claimants. The current system seems designed to delay until claimants can no longer pursue their claims, due to significant mental and financial strain. Addressing these systemic issues in Hollard's claims processing is essential. It is unfair that these companies can cause so much stress and hardship for policyholders, with no accountability.

Australian Seniors Insurance company…

Australian Seniors Insurance company Hollard Insurance

I received an email from Australian Seniors they will refund the amount of more than $3,000 To my account for double insurance. Thank you so much Australian Seniors for your prompt reply.

I took out house and contents insurance with Australian Seniors in December 2018 for the year 2019. In December 2019 I changed to AAMI until now. It was by chance I look at a renewal from Australian Seniors last week and noticed the bit that says ‘This policy will automatically renew’. I am 72 years old and do not keep tab of things. I called Australian Seniors and sure enough they have been deducting insurance money from my bank account without my knowledge. After discussion with Australian Seniors I was told to send certificate of insurance with AAMI for 2020, 2021 and 2022 (which I have done) before they can refund my money for double insuring which amounts to more than $3,000. I hope Australia Seniors will refund my money. Also a warning for seniors insuring with Australian Seniors to check and physically cancel your policy if you do not want to continue insuring with Australian seniors. It is so easy to overlook these things and it’s not a good policy dealing with old people.
