Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. My flight was delayed due to fog in Stansted when flying to Seville. When I arrived the chaps at Goldcar desk said I had missed the pickup window and so I couldn’t take the car. As I booked through Holliday Autos they referred me to contact them. I did so to find they were worse than useless. Typical Indian call center calling me mam when I am in fact Sir. Did absolutely nothing to help at all. I was forced to rent a car elsewhere for double the price and applied for a refund from Holliday Autos. They said a case takes 20 business days to review. I waited 20 business days only to find they had close the case with no solution. WHYWHY DO COMPANIES LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITH SUCH SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have since opened another case / complaint and appear to be getting nowhere. I am honestly exhausted. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE THIS SITE TO SEE WHO OFFERS BEST DEAL AT YOUR TRAVEL LOCATION AND THEN GO AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THAT HIRE CAR COMPANY - take back control and avoid this nonsense!
