Packaging needs to be improved greatly. Two lovely dresses bought put loose into a cardboard box with no other protection inside. the box arrived with a hole in so could have damaged the material.

When the size I want wasn’t available the lady who runs the shop contacted me to ask whether I wanted to up size or size down dress being a wrap dress.

There is so much to be said for buying from independent brands. The service was so personal. Direct contact with the owner. Parcel came beautifully wrapped, so much love had gone into it. There was also a touching handwritten note that was personalised to me. The dress itself was stunning and I’m so excited to buy more from this really charming brand.
