Do not use any casinos under this operation

After badgering this company for a week, I finally got confirmation yesterday that my refund request had been approved…. Good news, right??? Wrong!
Last night, I was informed that I had apparently made £300 in cashbacks… after informing them that I hadn’t and all I had requested was the £25 I had deposited in their 50 crowns casino sent back to my bank account. I was then told this would need to be reviewed!
This morning after emailing support to find out the status of my refund, I was asked to send a photo of my passport and both sides of my bank card (which I did with the security code covered). I have now been told I need to wait while my verification is reviewed, so it looks like another week of badgering 50 crowns… But there has been an interesting little slip up from support at 50 crowns….
Now a little backstory, in reading up on Hollycorn I have found a few articles that talk about Russian ownership and how they are used for cybercrime and money
If you search for Max Trafimovich you will see this for yourself.
Well today, Maria, one of the live chat support people slipped a Russian word (профильный), into her message to me! This is further evidence to Russian ownership and country of operations. Bear in mind that this is licensed by a Dutch Caribbean company (Curacao Gaming Board).

I am writing this review to warn other…

I am writing this review to warn other players about Hollycorn N.V., the company behind SkyCrown Casino and several other Curaçao-licensed casinos.

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After winning a legitimate amount at SkyCrown, I provided every single verification document they requested — government ID, proof of address, bank-stamped documentation showing my debit card number, screenshots, transaction proof, and even a personalized debit card with my name on it issued directly by my bank.

Despite meeting every requirement, SkyCrown (and therefore Hollycorn N.V.) continues to delay my withdrawal, twist my words, and invent new excuses to avoid paying out my winnings. They use copy-paste replies, block live chat, and drag the process out until players are exhausted.

The most alarming part is their wording: they tell me they need “more time to find a compromise solution.”
Why would a compromise be needed when I have followed every rule and provided all verification?

This clearly shows a systemic issue — not just with SkyCrown, but with Hollycorn N.V. as the operator.
They appear to look for loopholes, delays, and fabricated reasons to avoid paying winners.

I strongly warn players: do not trust casinos operated by Hollycorn N.V.
If you win, you will be forced to fight for your own money, provide endless documents, and wait without any real answers. Curaçao licensing offers no real protection, and the company knows it.

I swear to God — everything I am saying is the truth, and I have full evidence to back it up.
The decision is yours, but I wish someone had warned me before I deposited.

The worst gaming company

The worst gaming company. The casinos they run have no self exclusion program and if you want to close your account, they won’t. Also, the rtp algorithms change dramatically after a win
