Not trustworthy shop.
I ordered a week ago. I received tracking that said it would deliver in about a week. After it didn’t arrive I called and found out it was backordered! There was nothing on the website and no email telling me it was backordered. They said it would be “I dunno-maybe next week” when it came in. Super frustrating. Don’t trust them!

Great customer service
I have been dealing with Hollywood LEDs for several years now. They are very professional and their communication is amazing. If an online coupon isn't working, they'll actually refund the difference if you let them know. They ship quickly, and accurately. I will continue to use them for all my pixel needs
