Ordered Sikkens
Ordered a Sikkens coating recommended by the door manufactured. Very limited on suppliers and chose this supplier as good clear website. Ordered over the weekend and they called on Monday to check I had ordered correctly. Delivery followed quickly. The finish was superb.

In one instance incorrect paint product was delivered but a quick phone call and this was rectified very quickly.

Very good service
Very good service, I was contacted by phone to tell me they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock but could make up in plain tins with a plain label on if that was ok, or I could wait until they had in stock. Thumbs up for the communication
I went for the made up tins and they arrived next day.

any colour so .ong as it's white
advertise paint as available in a large number of colours. accept an order for a paint in a colour. then call customer to say "we can't do that shade of yellow" Accept an order for "nearest colour to the unavailable shade" Then call customer another day to say "it's white or magnolia only"

Thank you for taking the time to write your review.
The product that was purchased, Glixtone Fungi Shield Anti-Mould Paint, is available in a large selection of colours, although these are lighter shades and some mid range colours. Deep and dark colours are not available in this particular product.
The reason is that this product is only available in a White base, so however much pigment is added, it will not reach a deep or dark colour.
The product description on our website does state "Can be tinted to Pastel shades", but you are correct to say that there was a tab on our website that indicated it could be tinted to any colour (as most of our paints can be), so please accept our apologies for this confusion. This tab has now been removed and replaced with a more accurate "Tintable" tag.
