Untrustworthy company. Ordered, got a confirmation (without disclaimers), and then much later, a cancellation. Tried with another pair of shoes, same thing happened.

Ordered an expensive winter jacket, got a receipt, but no delivery confirmation or tracking number.
- One week later, a package arrives with DB Schenker.
- The package does not contain the right jacket.
- I email support and they say they will ship the right one immediately.
- Still no delivery confirmation or tracking number.
- At least they did include return slip for free return shipping.
- One week later, still no package, so I email them again.
- I get no reply, but the next day I get a delivery confirmation with
a tracking number.
- Correct jacket arrives after 5 more days.
I was seriously starting to wonder if this was some kind of scam company. But in the end at least I got a nice jacket at a nice price, it just took way too long.
Waited in total 2.5 weeks to get a jacket shipped from Uppsala to Stockholm. It seems to me that this company is a physical store that are struggling with how to be a good web shop.
