Followed the instructions and it took me nearly 2 hours to apply first set to only all peel off within the hour!
Will not be buying these again. Waste of money

These nails stay on a good 3 weeks and my hands are in and out of water!
So easy to apply and remove without any nail damage.

Absolute nightmare, was signed up to a subscription ( probable small print somewhere I should have opted out of) cancelled subscription online and by email and yet today I get an email saying your subscription is on the way. The nails last me about 2 days and every time you touch your hair your nail take strands of it out.

These nails have completely transformed my hands. They look perfectly manicured while providing much needed protection for my brittle nails. I work as a gardener and although i wear gloves my nails are thoroughly tested, and will last at least two weeks and still look immaculate. Absolutely love the designs and ease of application. 100% recommend.

Beware of this company! After many emails to customer service, I finally managed to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, they continue to attempt to take payments from my account. I had to upload the details of an outdated debit card to stop them getting access to my money. I have now threatened them with Trading Standards!

I just want to thank you, I know some people think that manicured nails don't mean anything but to me it means that I can feel good about myself. I've tried everything over the years to make my nails feel and look good but it's been a nightmare. I've had my ups and downs over the years but I've always tried to look my best. You have made me feel so good about myself, my nails are amazing!!! Thank you so much for giving me a part of my confidence back!

I was really disappointed with Holy Gels nails. Despite carefully following all the application guides, the nails didn’t stay on for more than 48 hours. I reapplied a new set thinking it might have been a one-time issue, but the same thing happened again. They might be fine if you don’t use your hands much at all, but with minimal, normal movement they came off way too quickly. For the price and the promises, I expected much better durability.

I wish I knew what I was doing wrong because I follow all the steps and the each time at least 4 of the nails just fall off within days. Will definitely be going back to gel, so disappointed ☹️

There Holy gel nails are beautiful and so easy to apply mine have been on over a week. I’ve done dishes, washing, gardening and they still look like they just been done. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to save money and do your nails at home.

How can a company claim to have a Truspilot rating of 4.9 from over 5000 reviewers on their website which is evidently a lie? I’m afraid I now can’t trust them nor their products and service.

Nails aren't too bad , but customer service is awful , they didn't send me out a set , took days for them to reply , 3 times they asked for my order number after days waiting for replies , then couldn't get my name right , and credit they said they had applied hadn't gone on. Won't order again

Do not buy from this company. I cancelled my orders and subscription in December 2025, had confirmation of cancellation but February 26 had email stating delivery was on its way and they took out £29 from my account. Been advised I have to wait for delivery then have 14 days to return (at my own cost) and wait for my money to return to account. NOT HAPPY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😕

On my first purchase I was very unsure if I could apply them correctly or if they would last. How wrong was I ! So easy to apply, lasted over two weeks and easy to remove too ! Saves a fortune on ‘shop’ nails ! Thank you.

I did everything to the instructions and my nails only stayed on for 12 hours. I even bought extra sets in advance

First time trying these wraps and honestly did not expect too much from them, but very surprised and delighted to say they do everything they say they will, easy to apply, easy to take off and they stay put and look good for weeks on end,,,ive worn my for around 9 days and only took them off as i fancied a change and believe me i put my hands through a hard week, in and out of water, car mechanics and sweating in the gym, these little beauties stayed in place and looked as good as the first day i put them on. and when it came to removing them ....so easy and no damage. just ordered another 5 pair. Well done holy gels !

I’ve tried quite a few brands of gel nail wraps now, including several sets from HolyGels. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing.

From the start, I found the quality inconsistent. The edges often snagged while filing, the sides crumpled easily, and many sets showed visible stretch marks. I also experienced frequent lifting, and in some cases the layers of the gel separated entirely, which made them difficult to apply neatly or wear for any length of time.

I did email the company a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness - they seemed to care and provided replacements, which encouraged me to continue my subscription for a couple more months. Sadly, while a couple of sets were okay (lasting a few days and looking nice), most didn’t even meet that low bar.

I also tried their clear gel polish top coat in the hope it would seal the wraps better, but it didn’t help. I found the polish tricky to apply thinly and the wear was poor… even on bare nails or other varnishes, it began cracking and lifting within 24 hours.

It’s a real shame, as their customer service was responsive and designs like Rose Champagne are genuinely lovely. However, based on performance and longevity, I wouldn’t recommend HolyGels. I’ve had far better results with other brands.

Really happy with the ease , quality and cost of Holy Gels. Had last set in for 17 days, only changed as I fancies a new set. Very long wearing and easy to apply

I ordered nail wraps and entire kit for use over Christmas. After placing the order I noticed they were being sent to an old address. I immediately contacted customer services. Unfortunately it took them nearly 48 hours to reply by which time they had already been dispatched. Fortunately they use royal mail as their dispatcher so once I had tracking I diverted it to a post office (problem solved). When I used them I followed instructions to the letter but unfortunately within 24 hours they had mostly fallen off. I have used other brands before and never had this problem. Think I'll stick to good old amazon
