Ive has my holzkern cyclic for a year…

Ive has my holzkern cyclic for a year plus now and i absolutely love it.

The pictures dont lie, these watches look amazing and holds up really well.

The quality is perfect, but due note that the links are made out of wood and steel, one of my links, is not a perfect fit for the wood insert, but i totally understand this when working with living materials.

5 Stars!

Where do I begin? My package arrived missing a bracelet. Somewhere along the way the box was slit and taped. I contacted the company and FedEx to let them know what happened. This was a birthday gift and Liebe from Holzkern got right on it making the process easy by sending me a replacement, while looking into the situation. Love this company and will definitely order again! If your looking for one of a kind beautiful pieces this is the place to shop.

Be careful with returns and…

Be careful with returns and replacements, I had a poor customer service experience returning the Glasses from the UK. Extremely slow response, on chat bot feature available on website, no real person touchpoint, really lengthy process to create return label and DHL courier never showed up

Problem solved with great care!

A problem with a bezel (removeable ring on the watch) was handled with great care. When it became clear that the new part didn't fit properly an alternative solution was proposed to solve the problem.

Excellent service, very good products

I really like the style and beaty of the holzkern products. Excellent and very quick service when something was broken. I have 2 watches and 2 bandelts from Holzkern, and very happy with it.

Defective bracelet keeps unclasping.

I have a defective bracelet that was given to me as a gift. There is no way to return or replace it nor is there a way to talk to anyone without the original order number. This is obviously set up as a deterrent, as is the entire return policy, to keep their customer service from doing anything. Avoid this company.

Top-notch Customer Service

Top-notch Customer Service. Had an issue with bracelet being too tight. They shipped me extra links and a tool at no charge. Also, bracelet is made of good quality. I will but from this company again. Thank you!

High-Quality Unique Pieces

I purchased their watch 8 months ago! I can say that I was amazed from the first touch.

The watch looks exactly like in the pictures! It's made out of high-quality wood and steel. On top of that, the watch glass is also high-quality, so it doesn't scratch!

I have a dog that hugs me every time I come home from work, and every now and then, he touches the watch. Guess what? Nothing happened.

I have made multiple orders and for each one the product and service has been amazing. Unique items that are a huge hit for gifting. As a man it's always a challenge to find something (you hope) she likes, but Holzkern made that easy for me. Highly recommended!

Watch: Excellencia Nacre & Rosegold glass damage

I ordered the Excellencia Nacre & Rose Gold watch, and within the very first hour of wearing the article the glass got a scratch. (Of course, I did not do things I should not do whilst wearing the watch). Customer Service indicated that scratch-resistant glass was used and implied that I did not take care properly over the watch.
Be aware that, even the product looks really good (also in real), the quality of the glass is really bad and refunds/ replacements will not happen.

We use scratch-resistant mineral glass for most of our models and also do sapphire glass with some of our other collections, which is why this specific case wasn't covered by the warranty unfortunately.

I really appreciate the spares and mini tools for repairs

I got a bandlet as a gift about a year and a half ago, the Forte marble and antique-silver. It is very dear to my heart, so when one of links got accidentally broken I was extremely sad, even though I knew I would be able to get it repaired somehow.
But then when I got in touch with customer service, they actually informed me that in principle I should have everything needed to repair it myself, included in the box. I had a look and indeed, the spare parts were there! I just didn't look when I first got it (or maybe did but forgot about it).
Anyway, I was thus able to promptly perform the repair myself, which wasn't very difficult.
I very much appreciate the included spares and tools, I think that's really awesome from Holzkern. I don't blame the materials at all for breaking, marble is an inherently pretty brittle material.

I had a fantastic experience with Holzkern’s customer support (Liebe). I reached out regarding a replacement watch strap, and they responded promptly with a solution. The replacement process was incredibly smooth, and I was impressed by how quickly everything was handled.
