I have been a loyal Philips customer for 10-20 years and for as far back as I can remember, I love & look forward to the 50% birthday deals every year. This year, I was shocked to learn that household items are NOT valid for this 50% discount. It is so disappointing! Now your competitors' promos seem so much better.
