the item took longer to arrive than advertised sand I was disappointed to find it was shipped from china, which I feel they hid until after the sale is made. However, the can opener I ordered is honestly the best one that I’ve had in ages. Comfortable to operate, doesn’t leave a sharp edge and looks like it might last. A good quality item!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
This appeared to be a UK website - UK web address, UK mobile number, UK email address, quick shipping to UK (supposedly).
Their Terms and Conditions state:
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
6 days after my order I hadn't heard anything, I emailed and got a response to say the order had been held up but would be posted the next day. It was then casually thrown in to say that the order may take 3 weeks to arrive!
Their Terms and Conditions state:
UK Orders – Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
I immediately responded to say I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund as the items would arrive way too late for what I needed them for. Surprise surprise I am now being ignored and the items have shipped. I have sent countless emails and tried calling their phone number which is supposedly open Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT) but of course no answer or return call. What a scam.
