Survey report received within 2 days of survey being complete

Excellent communication with Mark the surveyor prior to survey and after completion.
The information provided on the property was simplified with photographs of areas where problems existed or needed to be checked in future for our benefit.All in all very happy with service and would highly recommend,Thank You.

Very quick yet very thorough report with good photo evidence. Surveyor called me while at the property to check I had no concerns or things I wanted them to check so I can't fault the service in any way! I would definitely use them again!

I really recommend these guys, Andy was great. They came in by far the cheapest surveyor. They did not skimp on anything either.

Andy and the other Andy who actually visited the property were both very pleasant and respectful can't praise enough. They did a scrupulous survey didn't miss a beat. In the end we didn't buy the property and in a good way it's all thanks to Andy, saved us a LOT of money down the road if we went ahead.

Report came quickly in a pdf via email. Many photos with explanations under each. Great.

Surveyor was great called the morning of the visit to confirm anything we wanted him to look at especially. Then called as soon as completed to give a run down, then the report arrived the next morning.

Efficient and reasonabled pricing. Surprised by how quickly they got back to me and completed the job in a week. Highly recommend if on a budget and transparent fee structure needed.

I am inexperienced in the UK system but have some knowledge on this field in Hong Kong. The information stated in the report is up to my expectations and can be a good guide to follow up by contractors.

Efficient service
The Company were timely and prompt with making initial contact with quotes.
Then following this up with a fast turnaround time.

The whole experience using this company was excellent from start to finish.
Spoke to Andy first who I booked the survey with.
Mark who completed the survey was thorough. He called me before he completed the survey to see if I had any particular concerns and even took a call from me during the survey, as I had thought of another thing for him to check and he was very friendly and accommodating to my request.
Mark called me later on after the survey and he had written up the report.
He explained the main points he had raised in the report and his recommendations to me.
Very pleased with the service and a reasonable price too.
Will definitely recommend and use again, although the move is to my forever home so will hopefully not need their services again!

I can not fault this experience. I had Mark complete my survey and he was so helpful and I could not complain with their service. Unfortunately they do have to be the bearer of bad news and this was the case for me. Their report is making me decide if I want to continue with the purchase as it did bring up a number of issues. I also wish I’d have gone for the more extensive report but I would definitely recommend them as a surveying company

Matty, my surveyor, delivered an exceptional level of service during the survey of my selected property. The inspection was comprehensive, supported by detailed photographs, and the level 2 report provided thorough insights. Despite the survey being conducted on a Thursday before a bank holiday weekend, I promptly received a copy of the report, even though it fell during the holiday period. From beginning to end, I have only positive feedback regarding the service. Moving forward, I intend to engage this company for any future surveys.

Andy was very professional and approachable. He took the time to answer our queries. The turn around on the survey was very quick and we were impressed with the depth and quality of the report. Also significantly more reasonable than other quotes. Will be recommending!

Would have been 5 stars had the original survey not been cancelled without my knowledge .Survey was rearranged and comprehensive level 2 report received within 24 hours. Would still recommend.
