The app is terrible. The instructions do not exist and they can’t you to figure out their complicated system. I tried 6 times to cancel the account and there 6 digit code did not work. Finding a phone number for them is nearly impossible. When I got it from google I got a service agent that did not speak English. Leaves me with a bad taste about this company
Disney store has changed. I understand it changes with time, but it's not the same anymore. they have no old items.

Not the experience I had in Florida. Are there twice once in Ratatouille and then in a 45€ buffer place - the food was ridiculously over priced and terrible. Big thunder mountain was closed not indicated at the time of booking. Ride time estimate clock was 50-70% under the queue times. New fast pass system clearly defined for people with money to feel even more superior than they did before coming in. A grubby experience.
Due to personal reasons I had to call Euro Disney Customer Support. I spoke to an employee called Kirsty (part of the Standard Line Team). She was exceptional. Caring, understanding and helped make our dreams a reality. Thank you Kirsty - you are a credit to Disney.

I waited so long for your online streaming service - when I finally wanted to purchase it and take your special offer, it was not possible to pay at all (not with paypal nor with credit card)
Waiting 30 min in a call so you can just hang up and getting the info over your live chat, that my problem was forwarded and I will receive an email in 5-10 days is not acceptable.
I get that you have a ton of work to do - but not even giving me the chance for the special offer any more is sad.
Treating your customers and fans like that is not cool.
