I had an excellent service experience so far. I received a very nice call from an operations manager on Monday, offering me a short term appointment for an apartment visitation on Thursday and I am looking forward to seeing it.

We booked an appointment online for a flat viewing a few days later and received the confirmation soon after.
On the day of viewing, the representative from Home could not make it due to a car accident, but he called us to offer another appointment two days later.
The application for the flat was simple.

Our contact person Marielle was there from start to finish, helping us quickly and friendly with any question or problem that we had.

The communication with Home was very straightforward and efficient. I applied for an apartment, received a link to apply for a visit (with very convenient times). I didn't have a mass viewing, which is often the case in Berlin and that was very much appreciated. The rest of the application process was smooth and I had an employee responding to my questions very quickly.

Very friendly service at the viewing and quick response! Just had some technical issues with the browser link for the apartment application, i think due to my old browser version. At least the link worked on my phone.

We’ve had a truly great experience applying for flats through Home. When we went to the viewing, everything was perfectly organized and the staff made sure to include everyone by speaking both in German and English.

When we applied for the flat online, their website was neat, beautifully made and easily to get a grib around. They guide you through the process of uploading the individual documents and thereby made it incredibly easy to apply.
