Scammers that never give up and must be…

Scammers that never give up and must be stopped. They take 19.00 from CC and after cleaner leaves, they charge unauthorized 69.00. Then they do not respond to complaint and if you cancel they charge additional 105.00 to the card they have with or without authorization

No show on cleaning before Easter…

No show on cleaning before Easter Sunday. They charge client $40 cancellation fee but Ho hum on no shows. The cleaner then texted me at 9:30pm that night offering to come then or in morning. Chaotic behavior smacking of substance abuse. I had guests coming. I’m disabled so cleaning AND cooking was SO hard. Third world problem but painful nonetheless. Can’t speak to a real person. Run!!!

Very deceptive practice

Very deceptive practice. They are a bait and switch mentality. Offer low pricing and put you on a monthly plan without consent. Offers low pricing and does not tell you the cleaning costs more to pick a cleaner or essentially clean standard cleaning is pre charged to your card before you use them. They refuse to refund the money on a service they cancelled since I would not pay more before the cleaner even came in.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Sawed them on tiktok and wanted to peruse their website. Big mistake. I got a phone call and decline their request. They kept calling nonstop. I missed an important phone call due to this. They are relentless even when I told them I had my reasons of not subscribing. Scammy company. Had to change credit card out of regret and frustration.

One complaint or a misunderstanding or anything happens in your account they will deactivate your account and revoke your account instead of speaking your emailing a robot named Emma I would save up and go to Angie’s more money They owe me money too be careful who ever is behind this app is greedy and disrespectful they don’t care at all they do what ever they feel HINTS to why there so many LAWSUITS !They need a reality check

If I could give zero stars I would. They charge you and no cleaner shows up and they don’t let you cancel even when no one shows up. A massive waste of time and waste of money. Spread the word widely as I will - this business is a complete fraud.

This company LIES

This company LIES. Their website is directly false advertising showing a blatant lie that their reviews here are 5 starts. FALSE. They claim they are giving you the "ability" to book additional cleanings as a 6 month "included" membership when in reality they force you to take a monthly billing that isn't stated and $249 undisclosed cancellation fee. If you booked with them, stop now, cancel your card and call your credit card company because they send people to your house who break things and spend all day there then leave it still dirty on top of the BS fees and dishonest claims.

Be ware! They are a complete fraud! Requested card to “keep appointment “ then sign you for a minimum of 6 month of $59 a month subscription that give you nothing! Cancel for addition $105, No way to reach out to them directly, no one to speak to, thousand of complain in business bureau, I don’t know how they still in business ! Someone need to shut them down with a large lawsuits. A client should be aware that one cleaning will cost him $59 x 6 months!!!!!

Seriously, save yourself the headache and stay away

Have been a member for about 3 months with scheduled monthly cleanings. Since I’ve signed up, I’ve had 4 random cancellations by different cleaners with no prior notice, always AFTER they’re supposed to have arrived. When I reached out to support (which you can only do via email; no phone number’s available, a classic red flag) all I got as a reply was “tough luck”.

Obviously, everyone’s already talked about the malicious 6-month membership requirement. I’m just here to say you won’t even get the service you’re paying for, if you fall for their shtick and decide to stick it out.

Scheduled a Homeglow Cleaner and the…

Scheduled a Homeglow Cleaner and the first one canceled the 2nd one had me reschedule for another day. I wonder now if that was to charge me a fee. I was under the impression it was $19 for a 3 hour cleaning. She only did minimal cleaning and didn't sweep and mop the floors or clean out the fridge like asked to do. When my husband got the bank statement there are 4 charges besides the $19 cleaning fee. It won't let me unsubscribe or cancel my subscription which I knew nothing about. I also tried deleting my card information in my account it wouldn't let me. Going to the local News with my story if they don't help me.

Here's what I can tell you about my experience with this company. I didn't even finish typing my request for service on their website. I changed my mind. They called me anyway and texted me repeatedly (harassing) from different phone numbers. They are playing stupid games because they cant take NO for an answer. DONT use this company

The Home Aglow management is not helpufl

The Home Aglow management is not helpful nor clear. I have had trouble knowing how to respond to them.
I have had good service from my cleaner and would like to keep her except for this management.
Management has sent me a request to hire one cleaner whom I did not ask for and force fed cleaners for once a week when I has asked for a cleaner 1 time every 2 weeka.

Scam Scam I don’t even know what to start

I don’t even know what to start. They are absolutely crime in their customer acquisition practices. How do you try to give someone a cleaning? They asked for a single cleanup, one time cleanup and then somehow you add them to a membership.

They call me everyday even when I said no!

After someone from that company told me the prices, and I said: I don’t want it, I receive phone calls and text messages every day, non-stop! I’m tired of them!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this service. Our lady, Lekechia is fabulous! She was prompt, courteous and friendly. She did an awesome job cleaning. She is methodically meticulous! Our house feels and smells so clean.
