The web service charges a fee for nothing and then don’t want to refund despite requests.
WARNING: Extreme caution is advised. This service engages in highly deceptive and dishonest practices that feel like a complete scam.
DO NOT USE. My experience was a total breach of trust. They provide false information and their business model is completely untrustworthy.
Stay away! This company is notoriously unreliable and uses misleading tactics to exploit customers.
PLEASE MAKE A NEGATIVE COMMENTS for them and next DON'T CHANGE to positive which the service requests. A lot of comments here were changed despite the scam in exchange for refund. They are playing with you and demand change your comments and make a promise to refund money.

Scam Alert – Hidden Subscription, No Refund
I strongly advise against using HomeAllDecor.com. I was drawn in through an Instagram ad promoting a cheap offer for just 2 €. It looked like a regular product purchase. However, shortly afterward I was charged 64 € twice for a so-called VIP membership that I never knowingly signed up for.
There was no clear information during checkout that I was entering into a recurring subscription. This is a deceptive and dishonest business model. I contacted their support and demanded a refund, and although they claimed they would refund one of the charges, I have not received any money back.
As a consumer living in Germany, I can confirm this violates EU and German consumer protection laws. This is clearly a subscription scam disguised as a promotional deal.
If you come across this company online: avoid it at all costs. Do not trust the offer — it’s not a real sale, it’s a trap.
The company has repeatedly attempted to have this review removed through multiple complaints to Trustpilot, all of which have been rejected.
