We refunded your next day delivery fee since the product you bought was a dropship item that takes from 3 to 5 working days to deliver. You ordered on the 25/11 and received the parcel on the 28/11.

Customer Service second to none
Company's customer service is second to none and I would have no hesitation in using the Company again or recommending them to others.
I ordered 3 sets of 1000 LED Carnival red & white Xmas tree lights which arrived promptly and securely. The product was exactly as described although unfortunately one set did not work out of the box on arrival.
The Company immediately sent a working replacement and arranged for Royal Mail to collect the faulty set from my home at my convenience free of charge.

Very happy with the item. Even better this time as the castors were already fixed. It helps us with dexterity problems. Previous you had to attach the castors and not having the strength always had to depend on others to help.
