Goods received with end piece broken in…
Goods received with end piece broken in half.
This was replaced but when assembling I noticed on the frontage there was a knot hole going all the way through, and as the box assembly was partially complete I couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement.
The timber used for the box has many knots in it, not a good quality!

The product did what it said
The product did what it said. The only concern I have is that on the sides without a door, it seems a bit flimsy and concerned might break if lean on it accidently. I think it would be a better stronger product with an additional support on the two sides which don't have a door,

The screw provided are far too small…
The screw provided are far too small and pull straight out of the holes , therefore this run is not fit for purpose . Also the lid screws shut meaning you can only fold the run for storage if you unscrew the lid each time

When i was looking on line at you cat house the one I bought showed up with a cat on the front of the picture ?,its not fit for a cat all all its a hamster cage ?not happy at all bought it put it up and because its so low my cat wont go in it so a waste of money!
