Called about ordering some bags of Callebaut chocolate. The lady dealing with enquiries was friendly and genuinely helpful. Because of Covid restrictions, click and collect wasn't an option but our order (and a surprise gift) was delivered very quickly. Think it was the next day. Will buy again.

It seems like this is a very recent website as I couldn't find any feedback for them. I decided to risk them as they were the only place in Ireland I could find stocking and selling Callebaut. I'm happy I tried them. My order was dispatched and arrived at lightning speed. Seriously, my order arrived the next day! They even threw in some free bars of chocolate, which was a really lovely unexpected surprise.

I'm taking away 1 star because when placing the order I wrote that the items were for a gift, but when they arrived the individual items were each wrapped all around in sticky tape, which I struggled to get off without damaging the packaging. When you're giving a gift you don't want it to look torn and battered. I can understand why they did it, it would have helped to ensure the lids didn't come off in transit, but a layer of cellophane first, before sticky-tape would have made my presents more ...presentable. That said I would definitely order from them again.

Updated to remove more stars: only recently spotted that everything they sent had a shelf life of under 3 months!!! Spotted before I handed over the last present (which went in the bin). So embarrassed to realize that I handed out gifts that were almost gone off.
