I would definetly recommend Home BE. Shabana, the bussiness owner/manager, was very helpful and invested in helping me.
I needed a bed urgently since the company which I originally ordered a bed from had stood me up telling me the bed I already paid and was supposed to get delivered the next day was out of stock. Shavana helped me to find a bed which look like what I wanted and I got it delivered less than 48h after (and actually if I had order it early in the morning I could even had it the next day). Shabana was available to even talk to me out of office hours (I work long shifts so that saved me) and made the process very easy and informed me about tracking and everything. She also made sure to check if I everything went well with the delivery and if I was happy with the bed.

I haven’t unpacked our beds yet and will write a review on product when we have. I have just to comment on the brilliant customer support I got at HomeBe. Shabana was amazing. She helped with website, ordering, delivery every step of way. I’d had a phone conversation with her before ordering. She rang me back after I’d placed the order to check whether the size I’d chosen was right. It wasn’t - I picked the wrong size and hadn’t noticed - she’d remembered what size I’d said. So many companies would just have processed the order. She sorted the whole thing out calmly, cheerfully, practically. There was then a mix up from the courier (not HomeBe’s fault) so on and off for about two days Shabana was in touch with me, telling me what she’d agreed with courier and constantly keeping be updated.
If every organisation/company had just one Shabana who could show everyone how it’s done what a different world we’d live in as customers. Great company, Top Service.
