I recently placed an online order with Homebird House and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The website is very accessible and secure, and my order arrived promptly, securely and beautifully packaged.
The customer service was also fantastic, with swift and helpful communication. I'm really looking forward to shopping at Homebird House again soon!

I Have visited the store a few times. Scarborough is one of my husband and my’s favourite holiday destinations. The shop is fantastic so we thought would give the website a go.

To cut a long story short I cocked up the delivery address. Completely my fault as I had not checked it. However rather than cancel the order which most companies would do they bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Both calling and messaging to get things sorted. All of this on a Sunday and even out of hours so they could get the item to me as quickly as possible. Flawless customer service from a company that clearly cares about its customers.

A huge thanks to the team and I can’t wait for my new Jellycat!

Delighted when I found that this lovely store stocked Grand illusions high quality faux potted plants I had been searching for online. Placed an order early afternoon and my items were despatched the very same day. Super impressed with how quickly my order was dealt with. My parcel arrived by tracked 48 hour Royal Mail service and my items were packed perfectly so arrived in excellent condition. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend purchasing from this fabulous store.

WOW!!!
There were some issues with shipping and I started to panic as the order was a gift and time was running short.
I contacted Homebird and was absolutely amazed with how the situation was immediately addressed.
Saloni investigated, and immediately expedited a new shipment which I received in TWO DAYS!!

Great wee gem of a shop. I was back in Scarborough today for the first time in a couple of years and it was my first visit to the shop. I'm glad I visited, as it's a really nice shop, with lots of variety and the products are all reasonably priced. I ended up buying a Jellycat Gremlin. The staff were very pleasant and I can definitely recommend this shop to others' visiting Scarborough or people shopping online who are looking for something a bit different - a bit special or interesting. I will definitely be back virtually and hopefully in person at some point in the foreseeable.

I bought a personalised framed print for a wedding gift from this wonderful shop.
It is simply beautiful! The communication was fabulous and Alex changed my order with no hitch at all. I can’t wait to hand it over to the happy couple, my husband wants one for us now!
The shop itself is an Aladdin’s cave of quality and quirky gifts.

I had a wonderful experience being a customer. Item(s) I purchased were just as described in words and pictures on their website.
Their sales representative, Alex, was quick to respond with links when I inquired about ordering from the United States. He fabulously followed up with U.S. cost for both the item(s) and shipping. Also providing tracking information once the order was placed.
I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived in less than ten days in good order.

Brilliant products brilliant service.
Ordered table mats (new design range) with captivating illustrations by Alex, owner of Homebird House, so different and much more interesting than traditional views. We already had the coasters but the table mats weren't in stock. Alex took the trouble to ring to let us know when they became available, I put in an online order, finding extra things too that I hadn't noticed in the shop and within 48 hours a beautifully packaged, securely wrapped parcel arrived. Thrilled to bits!

I bought some jade lights earlier in the year and I am very happy with them, the colour is unusual and probably difficult to find. The packaging was excellent and the outer box was wrapped very neatly in thick brown paper, the old fashioned way, I loved this as I am a vintiqueing addict. I am grateful for the extra care taken.
