When I bought online from Nelson to…
When I bought online from Nelson to have product shipped from Auckland ,the cart checkout didn't identify that my address for shipping was not an Auckland address,so it under calculated how much shipping would cost.Or rather calculated shipping for an Auckland address.
They identified this,and offered to refund my money,which they did in a timely fashion.
