Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. They sent product over a week later than promised. Rude responses to inqueries and no willingness to figure out solutions, the product ended up being resent since i never received the text message with the delivery confirmation. Even if the problem was Home by Sweden’s fault they still charged my 250sek “return fee”.

Ordered on June 17th and the product…

Ordered on June 17th and the product still has not arrived. Home by Sweden has been very unhelpful and their delivery partner DSV is useless, I might as well drive to their warehouse and pick up the chair myself at this point.

Direct after my order I got spammed…

Direct after my order I got spammed with mails from this retailer. After a while I got info that delivery time would be longer. Days after the updated expected delivery date I contacted them to ask where my product was. Then they informed me that they could not deliver the product at all. I consider this very bad communication towards me as customer. Together with all the spam they send me now I will definitely look for other retailers in future.

I ordered a Theron mug on the 1st of…

I ordered a Theron mug on the 1st of October and today is 23rd and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been three weeks of waiting and I have no exact information when it will arrive. It’s such a bad service! Extremely disappointed !

Ordered an item well over a week ago

Ordered an item well over a week ago. The item has not been recieved by the Postnord yet. I suspect it is out of stock, but Home by Sweden have not responded to my email I sent a few days ago requesting an update.

So I am nearly two thousand kronor out of pocket and no idea where my shipment is or if indeed it will be sent at all.
