Don’t understand why as a certified
Don’t understand why as a certified, non-practicing athletic trainer is limited on the courses I can take. I paid way too much money to not have access to all courses

Not happy
I enrolled in a live webinar that was scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The associated test was required to be completed by midnight on the same day. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the test within the allotted time. As a result, I called the following morning, first thing, to request access to finish the test; however, my request was denied.
I was informed that I would receive a refund, but no extension would be granted to complete the test. I found this response to be quite inconsiderate. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, and when participants are unable to complete the course requirements—especially when the course itself concludes late at night—there should be reasonable exceptions.
We are all professionals and fully understand our responsibilities, but rigid deadlines without any flexibility fail to account for real life situations. I was frustrated and disappointed.
