Everything I needed!
This site is absolutely incredible and the items I have bought from them are such good quality and fairly priced. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be buying from them again in future!
My one criticism is that some item listings are quite vague, but there is an option for customers to ask questions about individual items which seems to solve this issue as and when required.

Very impressed by the service
Very impressed by the service. I needed a yule log mould... obviously for Christmas. Out of stock everywhere, not at Home Chocolate Factory ! Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.
What to say more, top service, top product !
What is more, I am very please by my product. It is top quality ! Only minor remark on the product, they do not seem to have to mould for the insert.
They are based in London, so it is UK in UK, another +
And they do have couverture chocolate from some brands including Barry. If only they also had some Val Rhona, I know this chocolate is expensive, but it is also top from top.
Really, an address to remember!

Quick and painless.
Home Chocolate Factory has a pretty rich and varied collection of more contemporary looking chocolate moulds, so naturally I had to buy a handful of polycarbonate moulds. I placed the order as a hobbyist/private customer (not a business), and admittedly I was a little anxious about it being an international order just weeks shy of Brexit (so other international customers might have a different experience come post-Brexit), anticipating that shipping might become an issue.
But my order arrived only a few days later (in fact quick enough to actually compete with my own local businesses, which I kinda have to admit is pretty great) packaged to not damage or break the moulds during shipment but at the same time packaged with the most minimal amount of waste material. The moulds themselves are high quality, being exactly as advertised and work as I would expect.
Altogether the shopping experience was quick and easy, no fuss at all; and I’m fairly sure Home Chocolate Factory will become my future go-to for everything chocolate. So two thumbs up from me.
