Bucket Hat is of good quality , the only gripe is that the home colour of the bucket hat is a tighter fit than the reverse side

Royal Mail did best to completely trash original order - Nathan very quick to confirm will be sending a replacement. Print is fantastic quality and beautifully designed

Hi Valerie, I'm sorry this didn't meet your expectations. Due to Royal Mail strikes, the cut off for Christmas delivery was 16th December - apologies for not communicating that better. I can see that the request for review before it arriving would have been frustrating, these are automated unfortunately and didn't take the strikes into account timing-wise.
