5 stars, from the start to the end I got a great service from Home Connexions, they helped me sell my flat. My flat was in Craigton and to make it harder for them it is vacant, from the very first meeting with Tony, he gave me advise on what to do and quoted a value which was spot on to what the valuer then valued it at. Kenny done a lot of the travelling to show people round and the girls in the office, Christine, Karen, Heather, Emma and Susan always kept me updated and proactively called viewers to get feed back and provide to me, up until the last minute I was kept up to date by them, thanks again for all your help.

Shameless shocking unbelievable and pathetic behaviour from them. So unprofessional behaviour and incompetence, avoid like the plague. They should consider selling lucky bags, rather than trying to sell or buy homes, mate come on tell the truth to yourself and public your 💩 at what you do, you are amateur in your profession

Recently bought and sold my property with Home Connections, excellent service always on hand to answer our questions and delighted with the service we recieved, would like to thank everyone we love our new house!!!!!

We had to sell my mums house in East Kilbride so she could move nearer us. We live about 360 miles away. With Home Connexions we found the whole process from start to finish really easy. Tony came round explained process and fee’s to us and left us his card. We did phone him direct to clarify some things. Thereafter as the process progressed we dealt with the office who were extremely helpful in both keeping us informed when anything happened but also in answering any questions we had and returning any calls when we left a message. This mattered a great deal to us as we were over 360 miles away most of the time.
On the whole I am really glad that we chose to use Home Connexions as our Estate Agents. The price our house sold for was the price Tony had mentioned in his original visit when we had asked for a rough idea as to what he thought the value was.

Highly recommend Home Connexions, they were excellent estate agents who made selling quick and stress free.

Just decided to leave a review in relation to Home Connections we had our bungalow on the market the previous year with another estate agent 34 viewers later no formal offers we took the house off the market we then decided this year (Feb 2025) to try again we saw a beautiful apartment in mearnskirk put a offer in subject to the sale of our property I like the idea of using the same estate agent as the vendor as keeps everything in house and everyone knows what's going on Kenny came out and gave us a value and explained home Connections service and prices we accepted and contracts were signed viewers arrived but no offers ( now at the start we told Kenny our thoughts regarding why it didn't sell previous no,no,no your house will sell ) well it didn't I spoke to home connection about a strategy but all they could come up with was lower the price (get more people through the door) 30 viewers later NO offers I decided to again take the property off the market was told I need to give them 30 days notice now my gripe is very simple I have a beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow in newton mearns why can't it sell it really is stunning how I see it is estate agents are the new double glazing, car salesman tell you what you want to hear then when you're looking for support there not there when we parted company I didn't even get a letter or email explaining why it didn't sell (sign post down and away) that was it £300 down the drain a good marketing strategy would be if we can't get a formal offer in by a certain amount of time you get 50 percent of your fees back overall I'm pretty disappointed with it all and as a post script another estate agent contacted me (reminded me of a ambulance chaser ) giving me all the reasons why home connection couldn't sell my property but as usual they could but short of saying PROMISE to sell

I recently had the pleasure of working with Home Connexions to sell my property, and from start to finish I couldnt have been happier with the service.
Everything a good Estate Agency should be! Was kept informed with regular up to date info from the girls in the office and had an offer in within a week!
The valuer on the initial visit advised on what he thought I would achieve for the property and it turned our to be spot on!
Everyone in the team was warm and professional and I highly recommend them.

Where to begin! Home Connexions provided an outstanding service through the purchase and sale of our home. They were contactable every day, even coming back with responses every day. We couldn’t believe how much they were on the ball. The whole team was lovely, every person we spoke to made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Even when our house sale fell through they showed real compassion and patience with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. They truly went above and beyond for us and done everything they could to make our experience stress free. There’s so much more I could say but really no thank you will be enough for how much they supported us 💛

We found Home Connexions to be problematical. Their sales person (I think ihis name is Tony) when viewing our property promised the sun, the moon and the stars.
The reality was a pattern of mediocre service to the point we eventually took our property off the market. I spoke to their office team on the 3rd of June taking our property out of their hands. We intended to allow the market to refresh and go back to market with Joyce Heeps Homes. In the meantime, in late September, a previous viewer returned to us with an improved offer and we negotiated terms of sale ourselves. Home Connexions nevertheless forced a claim for £1,800 in spite of the fact that we had dispensed with their services way back in June (more than 5 months later!!!).
Really mediocre service, poor communications - no advice whatever on how to improve the saleability of the property for example; and then a demand for payment more than 5 months after we'd terminated the relationship.

Excellent from start to finish. They advised on market and dressing the house for sale. Took the stress out of the situation and kept us informed of any developments. Would definitely recommend

A review probably isn’t enough to express our gratitude to Tony and the team at Home Connexions –

Stuck in truly awful experience with another agent and a looming deadline set for an onward purchase, I emailed the HC office to explore their services on a Friday night.

By Saturday a member of the team called me back, advising that the owner – Tony Shand – would arrange to phone me. He did so that same day and then came to visit us on Sunday night. Pretty sure that’s his day off but this guy lives and breathes his business and really cares about offering the best possible experience for the people he works with. He spent an hour and a half with us that evening.

Tony was honest with us but encouraging, appraising our advert and giving what would prove to be sound advice for moving forward. I alerted him to our deadline and Tony guaranteed we would meet it well in advance, and explained how exactly he and his team would do that.

We came off the market on Monday and everything was seamless thereafter – fraud checks Tuesday; photos Wednesday; back on the market Friday.

When our photos and video tour arrived, we were genuinely blown away – the quality of the photos were superb, and the video tour elevated the property more. We could see the number of views on the video climb in line with viewings which were booked in steadily throughout the following week.

We went from sitting on the market and in limbo for 7 weeks with just six viewings, to TEN viewers being secured and diarised within 3 days of going live with HC.

We received an offer in excess of our home report by Thursday morning – less than a week after going back on the market as a new listing.

When I phoned Tony to thank him, he explained that this is what estate agency services in the UK should look like.

It's my view that it’s not like this was something extra-ordinary at HC and the quality here is simply part of the service. In addition, Tony essentially made good on his guarantee to us and our onward purchase is in motion.

Home Connexions were in contact with us in some way, every day from the moment we registered our interest in their services and their advice at the point of offer was invaluable (thank you Karen). They also sought proof of funds as part of the process to strengthen confidence in the offer we accepted.

The HC team supported us through our anxieties and were delightful in their approach – this was something our viewers also commented on - everyone was consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging.

With that, it doesn’t feel enough but we offer sincere thanks to all at Home Connexions – Karen, Christine, Cara, Emma, Kenny – if there is anyone I have missed I apologise - thank you so much for your support, direction and understanding every step of the way.

We have had a swift and easy experience with Home Connexions from start to finish. When the owner of the company came to my house he said he could easily sell my property for a certain amount. He over promised and greatly under delivered.
I was not given the opportunity to proof read the listing before it went live. There were seven errors. These were corrected promptly.
On the plus side, the office manager and her staff were very supportive throughout.
