Delivery bit longer than expected for a sample and would have expected to be rolled rather than folded especially with Versace paper.

Hello Alan, Thank you for the feedback we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry delivery took longer than you expected, sample orders can take up to two weeks to arrive as samples are posted 2nd class royal mail rather than shipped by courier, we do this to keep our free delivery on samples to customers (posting via courier would meaning having to charge for sample deliveries). We are also looking into improving our packaging to stop any creasing of wallpaper samples in transit and will take this feedback onboard. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review and we hope you are happy with the samples that you ordered.

Hello Kathleen, sorry your order hasn't arrived just yet. Normally orders do come much quicker however your order was delayed as the item was on backorder. Once it arrived with us we did pop it on an urgent delivery for you however I understand you have waited a long time for your wallpaper.
