FRAUDULENT COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE
tried the free 7-day trial which was supposed to include all of the features, but the tool kept returning absolutely skewed and "wonky" pictures in the results. I said to add an outdoor fireplace, and it put one tiny little short cube in the corner of the pic that looked like a toilet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP! You are better off using chatGPT or Grok because those provide better responses to your requests. Oh, and you cannot easily cancel your subscription - you must e-mail, and then you aren't even sent a solid confirmation. Instead, you are bombarded with tons of e-mails from them asking you to stay and try their product. They said in the e-mails that I wasn't able to see all of the features with the 7-day free trial, but why would I buy a product without being able to see the full capability first?!?! This company should be investigated for unfair consumer practices.

The product didn't work and Deceptive Scammy Practices
The product didn't work. We reached out multiple times for assistance and to cancel. They would ignore our messages and only responded once with a canned message and didn't cancel as requested. We have continued to reach out and have shown emails with date/time stamps as a Steven C deceptively tried to say was dated at a different date and/or not received. This has been an awful experience with the issue still not resolved and so far $145 worth of charges on my credit card for a product not working and unable to use with the company refusing to cancel. We have been scammed.

What’s really cool about this app is…
What’s really cool about this app is how flexible it is. Depending on what I need, I jump between Sketch to Render, Virtual Staging, or Creative Redesign. It’s like having a bunch of different tools all in one place, which saves me from juggling multiple apps. The learning curve is there, but once you get comfortable, it’s a pretty powerful design assistant that helps me visualize almost anything.

Snake oil hustlers - do not recommend
soft is not intuitive at all. It is not tailored design, just an accumulation of images which are being put on top on your image. AI prompts are not working, ChatGPT LLM does better job with design that this supposedly tailored. Cancelled the same day enrolled, they had to respect 14 days EU cooling period, they did not. Small loss of 30 EUR but time wasted. Now being bombarded by their spam. Also, shady transaction history; not managed by them, but billing is handled by someone else. Overall impression borderline fraud, some hustlers without a product, selling snake oil under AI hype.

Not at all impressed. I uploaded a high res photo of the front of my house. I had to stand across the street to get the full house in the photo. This included the actual street in my neighborhood at the bottom of the photo. I asked for a new front design and asked for no structural changes. The program gave me a design that was impossible without completely changing the structure and even completely designed the street into a new front lawn.. WTH?? And way too much upsell after you subscribe. I subscribed to be what I thought was the "PRO", highest level and nope.. they try to upsell you on so many more options and makes the more expensive option you choose have very few features in reality. They need to be more upfront about what you get for what price before someone joins.

False Advertising, Poor Quality, and they will steal your money
False Advertising: Their web page shows "No credit card needed" yet they required a card anyway
Poor Quality: I used the product once and the options were poor quality. I tried different options but then they instantly began charging me every time I tried to change the image for the better
Horrible Customer Service: I sent an email 7/20/2024 - just two days after I first signed up - and told them I wanted to cancel the subscription immediately. They apparently did not cancel it because I just got a bill for $192 on 7/18/2025.

• We don’t charge per edit or per image — subscriptions are flat-rate and unlimited during your plan.

Tried using the software, which was rather complicated. Cancelled straight away within 7 days free trial period. Today discovered that the subscription is still live and the company kept charging me 34 dollars for 2 months! This is fraudulent, please return my funds for the 2 months of forceful subscription immediately.

There's still a lot of work they need to do, for example the furniture removal tool just replaces furniture with other ideas so not quite says what it needs to do. The same with the AI magic tool - in fairness these things are really challenging to get hard, but equally don't say that you can do something when it still falls really short. I've had to end up using my photoshop which I pay a subscription for anyway to rectify the mistakes - so why bother with this app?
I also find it dodgy that when I try to cancel through my account, I have to email them instead of a standard cancellation. Wouldn't recommend them at all

not the best. i uploaded a pic for a front yard design, it just gave me some pics from google. Even ChatGPT attempted to give me a design using photo of the house . It says cancel any time , i used it for 1 day and it was a waste of money so i asked them to cancel it. But they are going to bill me for the whole month . so watch out once you put you CC in, they bill you for the whole month, regardless.

Used this on a few ongoing projects and it really helps when showing clients different options before we start anything. The fill spaces and material swap tools are solid. It's not replacing anything we do, but it speeds up conversations and decisions a lot.
