Sunny Home Done Polytunnel COVER is Appalling ,Dosent Match the Quality Framework
The 4 meter 'Sunny'Polytunnel frame 25mm was very good Quality yet a difficult job to use the bolts& nuts to complete instead of the normal slot in,push fit .
The Sunny Polytunnel COVER was Appalling Quality and not to the standard to which we expect at this high end price.
*Had barley 3" of skirting to tuck under the bottom edges under soil ( A crucial element)
* Had only corner ties ,middle is misshapen/baggy .
* Only one Door ( even cheaper versions have two )
* With the Quality Framework the Cover dosent pair with at all , Very Disappointed!

I bought the Jambo corner sofa. From point of sale and upto the week of delivery I couldn't fault the service. I received notification that a Ferguson corner sofa was being sent few days prior to my due delivery date. I wrote on the delivery notes that it was the wrong sofa. Sian or whatever he's called is the rudest customer service I ave ever met in my life. Talks a big over the phone and trys to belittle you. Laughs when you have issues. Little behold I had recorded his phone me calls and videoed on delivery day. The day of delivery the men in Luton van were nicest people going. I explained to them what was going on and I suspect it was the wrong sofa and let me measure before off loading the sofa. They agreed and I was right. Refused the delivery and was sent back. They claim to have a money back guarantee. This is biggest lie going. They make things so awkward and block your number too. Good job I paid via PayPal. Finally got my money back Sian Dino. Unlucky ducky u didn't keep my money you said u was keeping . Good job your not close by or id be down your office in heartbeat to meet u in person. Wimp behind a phone. Thanks again for my money back better luck next time!

Poor quality. The arms have no padding at all, the cushions at the back don’t fit the actual sofa and I can tell they are going to lose shape very quickly due to the quality, and the actual sofa is rock hard. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM THEY CHARGE £120! This is citing it is me changing my mind on the item despite it being a quality issue with the item. It’s already creaking on on one side despite having it for 1 DAY.
Delivery was poor as well as it changed from Tuesday to Thursday with no warning, I was sent a delivery slot for 12-2pm and it was almost 5pm before it arrived.

Awful quality product with atrocious customer service
Awful quality and atrocious customer service.
The sofa and footstool are most certainly not as sold on screen (different legs, different shaped cushions and black zips that are clearly visible due to insufficient 'covering seams').
We removed the back cushions from their covers due to the visibly twisted shape, revealing a completely different 'kidney shaped' padding to the square shaped covers (i.e square peg in a round hole).
The inadequate and poorly constructed frame ensures that it is incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. The seams are already coming away, quite literally!
Home Done have taken no responsibility for the product sold by them and have simply past on my personal details to the manufacture who in turn, take no responsibility for the clear and obvious faults.
Stay well clear of this company and the products they sell!

Delivery 13th February wrong sofa after sending emails with what i ordered and what got delivered they still tried to say that the sofas were correct..... After lengthy emails and phone calls I got a message from the delivery depot not home Done to say they would be collected today 10thMarch.... 2 Guys came into my house looked at the sofas and then said they would get in trouble if they took them.... being a woman who lives alone I was left quite distressed with them just leaving without the sofas... No refund now they are not answering my emails or texts....

I would strongly advise people to be extremely cautious when purchasing furniture from Home Done.
The sofa delivered to me was not the item that I ordered and was also visibly water damaged on arrival. I reported this immediately and provided photographic evidence. Despite multiple emails and a recorded delivery letter formally rejecting the goods, the company has failed to arrange collection or provide a refund.
Because the purchase was made through Clearpay, I had to open a dispute simply to try to resolve the issue. Since then, Home Done have refused to deal with me directly.
As a customer, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I have been left with a sofa I did not order, which is water damaged, and I am still trying to get the matter resolved.
Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this company does their research carefully before making a purchase.
Really shocking customer service
Really shocking customer service. I bought a sauna bucket and then tried to return it. The whole process was un believably painful. I started the return at the beginning of January and have just received it today the 3rd of March. You can’t speak to anyone and they take over a week to reply to emails. I would absolutely avoid this company. I will never again use them.
The worst experience in my life with…
The worst experience in my life with uncommunicative people. With products of 0 quality and zero customer service. The sofa cushions were torn and deformed where in some places they were filled with sponge and in some places they were empty and not worth a penny. 2 weeks has passed and they still have not responded to any form of contact to return my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO PROCESS RETURNS.
Home Done should be named, Home Don't Order from us. I ordered a garden shed some months ago. The full order was never delivered. I requested to return the bits that were delivered for a full refund as the shed could not be built with parts missing. The team refused to accept the return without first paying a collection fee of 64 pounds. When trying to pay the collection fee the bank warned that the payment may be a scam and wouldn't let me pay. After speaking to the team again I paid via PayPal.
Following this, a collection was apparently arranged, after taking a day off work for this, nobody turned up. The team then advised they wouldn't be collecting the item and would refund for the product anyway but would keep the collection fee for the collection that never happened.
Days later the refund still hasn't been processed. They have kept over £550 without fulfilling the delivery and are refusing a return.
The company is an absolute joke and subsequently I will be filing a claim against them, although given their horrendous business practices it is unlikely they will be in business for long.
DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA….
The ‘quality’ of the sofa was shocking
One of the legs broke off immediately. Upon inspection I realised this was because it was housed in chipboard…obviously not suitable for holding the legs of a sofa. The cushions were coming apart and horribly made with thick black plastic zips. Absolutely shocked by this product. DO NOT BUY

Useless filing cabinet…
I cannot complete the assembly so the cabinet is useless to me. The sliding brackets for the drawers are supposed to come apart according to the diagram BUT there is no obvious way of doing this, It is not covered in the diagrams/instructions. There is no one to contact by phone or computer. i have wasted my money.

The story of the missing footstool
I originally ordered an L-shaped sofa and matching footstool from your company and, to begin with, everything went smoothly. Delivery was on time and the product quality was good. However, after realising I had ordered the sofa in the wrong orientation, I contacted the customer service team to arrange an exchange. Initially, the process appeared straightforward and I was reassured by how helpful your staff were.
Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated significantly from that point onward.
On the day of the exchange, I was working from the office and arranged for my father to be present at my home. The delivery team arrived on time, collected the original sofa and delivered the replacement. However, for reasons still unclear, the delivery driver insisted that the sofa was the wrong colour (it was not) and stated that he also needed to take the footstool. He removed the footstool despite not having a replacement to provide.
I immediately contacted customer service to query why the footstool had been taken and to seek clarification regarding the alleged colour issue. From that moment forward, the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.
Over the course of more than a month:
I repeatedly explained the situation to multiple representatives.
I was given promised delivery dates that were not honoured.
I was told my father had placed the footstool onto the truck himself and that the delivery team had not realised it was there — an allegation that is both incorrect and frankly unreasonable, given that he is not capable of doing so.
Assumptions were made about my age, sexual orientation, and living situation during these conversations, which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I was eventually informed that delivery of the missing footstool would be placed on hold until I returned from visiting family. However, despite this agreement, I then received notification that the item was out for delivery while I was still away. As I was unable to select a suitable new delivery date, I changed the address to my parents’ home where it would be safe and could be taken in by neighbours if necessary.
Instead, the footstool was delivered to my original address and left outside behind bins, in the open. This is entirely unacceptable. Not only should the item never have been dispatched against prior agreement, but leaving it exposed in this manner demonstrates a complete lack of care for customer property.
This entire experience has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted time. What began as a simple exchange has turned into a prolonged and mishandled situation involving poor communication, missed commitments, inappropriate assumptions, and careless delivery practices.
