SolarPanel and battery supply
Overall the service and support we received with installation and setup was excellent.The advice we received was informative in regard to what would suit our property best to get the most out of solar. After installation we had difficulties switching our energy supplier plan. I contacted the customer service who put me in touch with a friendly support engineer who talked me through the process and next steps. While we are making a saving on our electric, the saving is not as much as first advertised and this system may not be suitable for all homes, this was explained at the time of sales and installation. However, we feel there is a benefit to being a cleaner energy user. We would recommend this company.

Professional from start to finish
Professional from start to finish.
I was dubious to begin with as I don’t like letting sales people in to my home but there were no hard sales pitches. Sarah just worked out if it would save me money or not and then recommended which way to go.
The system was then installed within 2 weeks as promised. The fitters were very professional and polite And completed very neat and tidy installation, I cannot fault them.
On completion there was a tiny dispute with the main office on what I expected to happen next but this was quickly resolved by them which I was more than happy with.
Over all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ecoway renewables
