I had contact with the chatbox and they promised a contact with a “real” person by phone. It didn’t happen. Instead I received an email to evaluate their service. I did it, and I also got in contact with the chatbox again. Same promises, again without result and this happened 4 times. This firm is really cheating and lying. The chatbox is an awful example of malfunction of AI.

I appreciated the regular updates from Jigar and his help in getting my mortgage in place. The team are always polite and willing to help.
