Excellent price for a well built exercise bike! I wanted a good bike but didn’t want to spend too much, I decided on the heavier flywheel to give me more options for training, this is the one that ticks all the boxes.

Cross trainer excellent value for money. Build instructions ok. Fast delivery. This is the second product I have purchased from them.

Took a while to assemble. it's a fab bike ideal if you are not into running or riding a bike.

I am reading everyone’s similar situations.

They have arranged Hermes to collect the treadmill at their own cost and refunding me (which I’ll wait for, they were a nightmare). Threaten to issue proceedings and make them aware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They realised with me, I will just issue proceedings against them. They have a legal obligation to refund and arrange collection to return the order if there are faults / the recipient no longer wants the item within 30 days of delivery.

Also, it helps if you use Klarna as they are now investigating this dodgy merchant. HomeFitnessCode accused me of lying so I told them I’ll simply just issue proceedings, I’ll await my damages and costs from you. They then soon responded saying they’ll take responsibility and will arrange collection at no cost to me and will refund me.

Hope this helps someone else! If you’ve not purchased from here yet, honestly DONT.

I ordered the spinning bike last week and absolutely love it. I either didn't receive the monitor or accidentally threw it away with the packaging and messaged support about it and they answered within 2 hours and the next day a monitor was sent to me for free. I'll complete the rest of my home gym with only their products.

Really happy with my walking pad. Home Fitness Code dispatch it quickly but sat with the courier for days which isn’t ideal, but not Home Fitness Codes fault. The walking pad is really well made. It feels very secure and pleased I went with the hand rail. My only gripe would be I wish you could pause your workout. If you have to stop due to being disturbed but not actually finished your workout, it resets what you’ve done because you have to turn the machine off. I would also like if the handle bar could be adjusted to move closer or even up slightly. The power lead is also very very short, so when it’s plugged in I can’t turn the machine away from facing the wall. Other than those small personal changes I’d look at when I upgrade, I would definitely recommend this company and how well made and sturdy the walking pad is.

I haven't received the treadmill

Well I bought a treadmill and after 2 uses it had a fault which stopped suddenly and made me fall off injuring myself. I contacted Customer Service who advised a wire night have come losse during delivery and for me to disassemble the treadmill to check.. this is a brand new order, less than 3 days old. I have chased them again about returning and conveniently they have ignored my emails!
